I’ve had issues in the past with other magnesium formulas to the point I couldn’t tolerate them due to stomach pain they’ve caused. This formula is exceptional!!! It also helps keep my weight very steady, and gives me a better night’s sleep. Lots of health benefits with this supplement. I have been taking it now for 4 or 5 years and never want to be without it. Highly recommend!!

I’m so glad I received my tablets these are magnesium Malate in which most magnesium tablets are not. They truly help the buckling and pain in my legs. They are a lifesaver . Also they were supposed to be delivered in one week and I messaged to see if I could get them earlier and they were here the next day Very Very Satisfied. Previously ordered. Thanks

Best extended release magnesium, a little pricey but worth it. If you have migraines give this a try.

I am an honest reviewer. I do not leave a review unless it is important, and this product was an essential add-on to my daily supplements. For days, I endured muscle ache in my right shoulder that was stubborn about going away. However, I noticed I could move my arm more easily within an hour of taking this supplement after days of experiencing pain. I hope my review will be of service to anyone experiencing muscle aches. Also, I felt a little more energized to move around than I had been in previous days, and it feels good to share my pleasant experience with using this supplement.

I've been using on & off for years, but NOW the vitamin B is affecting and I take vitamin B supplements. Did they change formula? Pros: Helps with muscle spasms Helps with restless legs and other nighttime muscle problems Helps with sleep - DOES NOT MAKE YOU SLEEPY! helps you stay a sleep. Can help with constipation, both because it's magnesium & it may definecy is causing it. Helps with pain & pain caused by trigger spots Cons: Sometimes hard to swallow OR hard to swallow 2-4 pills Vitamin b can get you jittery -

I conducted a lot of research to find the right magnesium product for myself. I read about bioavailability of forms of magnesium and how to choose. I discovered this product after participating in a webinar. The company stood out to me because it seemed that they understood how to choose the appropriate ingredients and cofactors. My self-education has taught me that without the appropriate cofactors in proper doses, vitamins and minerals are not as effective. Jigsaw Health just gets it. They know how to present data in ways that make sense. They understand and can explain why they choose the ingredients they do. These folks are very transparent. I’m really impressed. I’ve been taking this for the past two months. I chose to wait to review the product because it seems that many products start off seeming to make a difference, and then something doesn't quite work out after a while, and they stop working as well. After just a few days of taking this magnesium, I noticed a sensation like my mind was quieter. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, and once I started taking this, everything just kind of quieted and slowed down. I even noticed that my sense of time changed. It seemed that I had more time throughout my days. Again, I think it’s just the sensation that things slowed down overall. Sorry for TMI here, but it is what it is. I suffer from serious headaches, water retention, and heavy bleeding just before periods to the point where I was stuck in bed. Last month I literally had to remind myself that my period was in progress. I could actually just go on with my day-to-day activities for the first time in 20 years. This is a very nice change. I did some reading on the company Web site about how the B vitamins included will encourage the body to release heavy metals. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with what’s going on with me, but here’s what I’m noticing. Little Splinters from various clumsy things in my life that I’ve never been able to get out of my hands are surfacing after years of being stuck under the skin. I just have an overall sense of wellbeing now, and it’s really nice. I’m just a lot calmer and at piece. I think I have a lot of hormonal imbalances, and I’m really happy with how I’m feeling after a couple of months of taking this magnesium. I paid full price for this product. No discount or free stuff for me. I just really like it, and I thought I'd share my experience. I first ordered a bottle of 120 tablets, then I ordered a 240. Today I ordered 3 bottles of 240 tablets because the bulk pricing is best. I just wanted to hold off until I saw how this would work for me over time before I spent a bunch of money. I’m comfortable doing so now though. This works for me, and I’m glad my research paid off. I feel a lot better.
