Dear Amazon team,I am highly disappointed on the service I had been given for this particular Item. I received this laptop- Lenovo Ideapad 530s 512 SSD on 25.05.2020 after placing the order on 20.05.2020, which was suppose to reach us on 24.05.2020 as per the schedule mentioned by you. I called the customer care service that this product is renewed and I might have ordered this renewed laptop and want yo return but I was declined of my need and was mentioned that only in case of technical glitch this product can be replaced. Well I then accepted the fact and started working on it and to my surprise this November 2019 manufactured product doesn't have a working mouse pad. Is it some kind of prank that is been played. In my knowledge any renewed product is been tested and then delivered. I had an urgency to use a laptop and the hindrance created in doing so by Amazon this time is neither acceptable not expected, you being so good with your work. I need a return filed for this product and get a refund now.

I have ordered this item on July 3rd and delivered on July 13th 2021. This laptop has never worked, i mean even has not seen windows prompt .. spoken to customer support on 14th and they agreed for a return. Since July 14th till to date, Amazon has not collected this item. Promised to collect more than 10 times and always failed.. Extremely bad experience. Every time , they apologise for it and promise they will collect but never collect it. They are holding my money for almost 90+ days and not offering even a refund of the money. I am just protecting the laptop which is useless / garbage and waiting for the amazon courier team comes and collect it. A huge pain in chasing and following-up with them , not even one from amazon takes the responsibility to help me.

Wifi problem. Do not buy. Not worth the headache
