Can you use it to color nipples that have lost color?

From what I understand, it was originally developed for strippers to color their nipples. So I'd say yes.

I have a problem that lipsticks do not color my ineere lips. Does the color paint also the inner lip or only the outside lip?

This is a stain and it covers well. The more you apply, the deeper the color. It can also be used on cheeks as a blush. I really like this product and have used it for several years.

Are there any number/letters on the bottom of the bottom? The color is worn off my bottle and I'm not sure if this is it.

Y’all, I bought this for my daughter and she loves it!! Looks like she is just sun kissed & not wearing make up. So, I snuck it out of her stuff, she doesn’t like me to get in her stuff, & tried it.
