Is this a cb radio? will it work in an automobile as a cb radio?

Marine and Cb are not in the 2 meter band. Cb is down near 11 meters at 27mhz. 2 meter is 140mhz to 148 mhz. This is a marine mobile radio. Marine radio sits above the 2 meter band in the 156 to 174 Mhz . This is for use in a boat or licenced shore station
