Flotec Overhaul Replacement Kit for Sprinkler Pump Model 3415P with Accessories

My 1.5 hp Flotec pump lost its prime while we were away and ran dry for some significant period of time. When we reprimed it, the pressure was obviously way down. Got this kit, watched a Youtube video about installation, and got to it. Took less than an hour. Parts fit (had one left over that did not apply to my model). Replumbed the pump and it worked like a champ.

This kit has all the parts for rebuilding a lawn pump. This is the second time I’ve done a pump rebuild. Give yourself plenty of time to take apart the unit and make note of the steps to disassemble. The instructions in the bag are brief and not detailed.

This kit did the job nicely, and let me do a rebuild of the inside of my pump. Everything fit well and was easy to install.Unfortunately, this can't fix a crack in the casing. But if you just have lesser issues, it's awesome

The rebuild kit worked well. Not all the parts are used. My pump did not use the cone supplied. I gave it 4 stars because packaging could be improved. It was a bag if parts stuck in an envelope. One of the veins on my impeller housing was broke off in one spot. I used it anyway.

Installed on my Flotec Series FP5100 sprinkler pump. There is a YouTube video that describes in detail how to accomplish this. Pump runs like new.
