American MarinePinpoint Nitrate Monitor

When checking nitrate of my marine aquarium, alway produce error in the process. I have to redo again the calibration process.

I have received my first PINPOINT Nitrate Monitor but it don’t work.When it start, it display « H19H ».When i try to calibrate, after all the process it display « Er…P »I don’t understand why, because- The probe is connected to the meter- I have already soak the probe tip in 10ppm calibration fluid for 60 minutes and in 100 ppm calibration fluid for 60 minutes

Did not work I kept getting error message and contacted seller to return with no response. Amazon however resolved my issue and is great. Not impressed with the seller
