RolandDAP3 V-Drums Accessory Package

I bought my wife a Roland electric drum set for her birthday and the sets do not include the bass floor pedal or stool (drummer's throne). This seemed like a nice package to complete the set at a good price but as is true with many things, you get what you pay for. Although Roland makes high quality instruments, this set is very low quality and within months we replaced both the floor peldal and the throne. The most important component of this set is the pedal. An experienced drummer would never buy it and the only reason I did is because I don't know anything about drum components (being a guitarist myself). The action is poor which makes it a bad choice even for a beginner as this would be an impediment to learning for a beginner. The throne works although it is also cheaply constructed and is difficult to adjust for height and the seat cusion is difficult to secure to the stand. So, skip this set and buy your componenets separately and yes, you need to pay more for quality.

For the price it's OK. Seat was not as comfortable as other brands.
