i bought this tool for my daughter she is a swimmer and after using it i found that she can do all training with it , it gave her force,flexibility and speed, i recommend it for all athletics it will improve there skill .what i liked is it can be used any where at any time as long as there is a bar in good height.

really Cheap here
wow cool, a German product - made in Germany and there costs 475 USD without shipping !!! and in the USA for 380 ..thats a dealBut you need a strong door or something similar. Its has no many exercises because gets boring.Unfortunately, no hassle and no welding results.

First, I was a sceptic, ...
The media could not be loaded. in my job, i work a lot with injured people of all ages. when i saw this tool, i immediately could see the benefits for healthy performers. but on my patients ... i was not so sure. i bought one set and tried it myself - !!! let me tell you, you HAVE TO FEEL IT!! it is so f'in efficient! AND you can perform any of the exercises in different angles, making it EZ or hard. so, i also use it on my patients with low back pain. they are having a blast as i am bringing them back faster than ever.i found this video on youtube, which inspired me the most.it appears that she won 2 silver medals at the recent olympic games, having the 4dpro in her training plan.thanks for this great invention!

Great Workout
Working out with the 4D Pro has really made a difference. After just a couple of days, I could already see results. It also is a lot of fun, there is no limit to what you want to train. It is easy to put up in your living room, and I even take it to the fitness center. For use at home, they send door ankers with the product. Once done with the workout, it is easy to be stored in a convenient bag. I recommend this product to everyone who wants to have a great time while working out hard!

Fun and challenging !
The 4D Pro ReAction Trainer is an awesome exercise device. Way better and more challenging than other suspension trainers on the market. Nothing offers an exercise like this, after 5 minutes I am worn out! Check out the videos on youtube and see how many exercises can be completed using it. I strongly recommend the 4D Pro ReAction trainer, it really is a great product.
