A Wonderful No Sugar Added Treat
The Darrell Lea Sugar Free Soft Australian Licorice tastes good, especially when you consider that it has no sugar. It is a delightful treat for those of us that can't have sugar. One warning however, don't eat too many at one time, they can cause gastric distress, but if you don't eat the whole package in on sitting, it should be fine.

Pretty good...no sugar free aftertaste
I have purchased this licorice before, and have always loved it. This time it wasn't quite the same. The texture was different, and the flavor wasn't as rich as in the past. It did still taste good, and doesn't have a sugar free aftertaste, but I definitely prefer the previous versions.

Its better than you would expect
This is by far the best tasting sugar free licorice that I've ever had. It's not hard and dried out. The texture is pleasant, and for any other people who are on sugar restricted diets, you know what I'm talking about. This is not gritty, and if you didn't know better, you would swear that it was made with sugar. It does have Malitol listed as an ingredient, so don't over indulge. Again, this is really great licorice.

Tastes like strawberry but.......
I purchased for the no sugar aspect. It is sugar free and tastes like strawberry but it has a sour coating on the outside. Also, If you read other reviews about this product, I also had stomach issues and only ate a couple a day. Sitting in bathroom far longer than normal AND the worst gas ever. Also my stomach was bloated and very uncomfortable. I threw half the bag away. 🤢

Weird white powder coating
Like others, all of my licorice came with some weird white powder that tasted god awful. I took one bite and knew that this would give me some weird gut issues or a migraine so I tossed the bag. And it was incredibly frustrating to see that all of my bags contained this stupid coating. Do yourself a favor and find a different sugar free alternative to licorice.

Accidentally purchased the sugared one 1st...
While the sugary ones taste very much like strawberry, they're positively too sweet for us non sugar eaters! These are perfect. A bit sweet for me, but my kids love them! The sugar free black licorice is my favorite. They're sweetened with maltilol, so (at least for our gut flora) no excessive gas nor sorbitol diarrhea.I am very pleased with these. I was never a red licorice connoisseur, but sometimes I miss it after quitting added sugars, and these are a perfect replacement!

Amazing Sugar-Free Product
Got addicted to the regular version of this product, but it didn't agree with a medical issue. Found this searching Amazon for sugar-free products and ordered it immediately. There is often a huge difference in taste between regular and sugar-free versions of products. Not so much with these, my son even tried them and now he's addicted as well. There is one difference, at least to me. These are slightly, very slightly, harder then the regular product but still soft and chewy the way a like. If you haven't tried either version of them yet, you're missing out.

Not sugar free and open
It wasn’t sugar free. It was also ripped open on the front
