Easy to assemble, mount for one person. Great product so far and looks great. I got extra clips, etc which is better than not enough. I will add a durable tether and clip to keep them closed and open. It will go in the middle of the last rung. I'll drill a small hole in the center and add the clip. Shipping was great, American company and easy upgrade for the pergola. Will be enjoyed this summer. Highly recommend!

I ordered 4 of these for our back deck to add to the pergola. All 4 came with everything they were supposed to (I know a few other reviews said they were missing parts - we were not missing anything). Cut one panel off because I had more than enough and didn't want them hanging too low.Have coolaroo rolling shades on the side of the pergola. While the colors don't match, they look fine together.Keeps the direct sun off but still allows the light (not a blackout canopy).Better than the solid sunshade I was originally considering.I live in an area that can get quite windy and intense sun. So I liked the idea of retracting when not in use. We added some hooks to the pergola so we can attach the pull string to them and hold back the canopies when not in use.No long term use yet, but happy so far!

Bought 4 of these 4x16 panels and put them up in about 4 hours. Ours are up about 14 feet high which makes securing them back during wind a pain in the butt, but otherwise, they are quite nice.They are closer to 19 feet long if you have less drape, which is what we wanted.

Take your time to measure and install. it is a good 1 full day project, from setup to final installation. I am quite satisfied with the end result.This vastly reduces the heat from the sun.

These are amazing. They serve us well and look very attractive. Had a handy man installed them with ease. They got installed in Sept 2022 and we live in Cali. By the mid summer-2023 , the ribbons that keep the separate the uniformed size draping folds had completely deteriorated all over as you see in the picture. They are hanging on either side of the shades. While the shade fabric itself is immaculate and looks great, the uniform look is gone. I have to find a replacement for the ribbon and get it installed. It will be a headache. For this price, I expected for at least a year of hassle free enjoyment, considering that it is not used in winter. Sadly that was not the case.

Easy to install once we did the first one. Needed to use different screws for the brackets, but wood screws worked perfectly. They really cool things down in the summer heat.

Shades are very durable and very easy to install. Set up is crucial, you will need to install the carabiners and the control tape. This took about 20 mins/shade. It took me about 15 mins/shade to install the guide wires and brackets and clip the 3 x 19 retractable shades into place on my pergola. All equipment was there and I could not be happier with the result.
