Easy to install. Came with wrench tool, rubber washers, and Teflon tape. Smooth switching between hoses. Brass interior and not easily worn out plastic. Affordable price for good quality.

I wanted to add a diverter and was looking for all metal, quality and a nice finish.This item is solid, looks great, the control valve works smoothly and there is no leakage from the outlet that isn't selected. It does work as a 3-way, you can either have 100% output from one outlet and 0% from the other or have the flow shared from 0-100%Unit comes with all needed supplies. I didn't need the included rubber washers as the showerhead already had an almost new washer and the teflon tape wasn't needed either as the washers in a showerhead are designed to prevent leakage by themselves. The port that connects to the water line had a washer pre-installed and that works perfectly as well. The unit also comes with a wrench, remember that with washer tightening too much is bad and will damage the washer and cause a leak.Very happy with the result, went up in 2 minutes and now I have an attachment point for a long hose for a washing the dog.

My other 1 broke(it was $$$$ too). This 1 was cheaper & works so much easier! The handle is very easy to move and I don't have to struggle anymore!! Easy to install too.

I bought this after being disappointed with a cheaper diverter. This is solidly built, great quality. More threads than the cheap competitor means it can mate solidly with any hose or fixture. Control is very smooth with no wiggle or play in the movement.The outlet for the hand shower is 90 degrees CCW from the control, so you'd typically mount with the control at 9 o'clock at the outlet at 6 o'clock. If you don't like that configuration, this is probably not your product.

well constructed and shuts off without dripping

I had to replace the washer at the top of the hose for the hand-held showerhead with one that was included with the new diverter; with the old washer that connection leaked badly. Other than that, installing the new diverter was easier than removing the old one. I replaced the old one, which had a button that had to be pushed down for the showerhead and pulled back up for the handheld, because it couldn't be switched while the shower was running; it was difficult to switch with the water off. The new one can be operated with one finger. I haven't had it very long, but it feels quite substantial, and if it proves to be durable, I will be entirely delighted with it. The product itself is great. No leaks, feels like good quality and is what I was looking for.something that pleasing was the items it came with. Had everything to do the install including a small fastening tool, plumbers Teflon tape, and three O-ring washers. Looks and works nicely.
