Danner Men's Caprine Low 3" Lifestyle Shoe

Looking for a waterproof shoe for going to and from the golf course. First time with Danner and love the look of these shoes but it has been difficult to find a size that fits. I wear a 10M in hiking shoes (Oboz) so stared there. The width was good but there was an inch and half in front of the toes. The size chart recommended going down a size so then I tried a 9. Way too small. Finally settled on a 9 1/2 (my dress shoe size) and still a bit too narrow. I've worn them so cannot return - hoping they stretch out a bit - otherwise will donate and try Ecco.

These are really great shoes. Anyone that knows Danner know they are high quality and designed to be supportive and comfortable, unlike most shoes now-a-days. These are no different, with the added benefit of being very breathable and more stylish than their standard offering for everyday wear. These have an elastic opening, so they slide on and off without tying laces, but are a comfortable, snug fit still.My only con would be that the material does get dirty fairly easily and I'm not sure it will be so easy to clean. They start to look well worn quite quickly. With that said, they are my go to pair of shoes when I am heading out.

Comfortable, supportive (with orthotic - that's me) soft leather, grippy good fit. I changed out laces to no-tie elastics.Might be narrow for some people though no issue for me in size 12. Ordered 1/2 size up.

These are great looking dress sneakers. However, the heel is very narrow to the point of very noticeable and uncomfortable pain. The first day I wore them I developed blisters on the tops of both big toe joints. This was caused from the interior stitching at the front most lace holes. I have never had sneakers feel THIS BAD! Sorry Danner, stick to boots!

1st time Danner buyer. Sizing is good,shoe construction is good, arch support good. Just wear a thicker sock to eliminate any slippage at the heel.Will buy Danner again

Love the color and look. Like that the sole of the shoe is not a bright white. Really attractive. Bought these for my husband who is a shoe perfectionist...and he loves them!Comfortable and great quality. Worth the money.

Loved the look and feel of the shoe. Unfortunately for me the heel area is not supportive and does not keep the heel in place; my heel moved with every step
