Bought this kit... the balloons would not float & the main balloon popped when filling!
Once I got these balloons, I took them to a local balloon retailer to have them filled with helium. Once filled with helium, they would not even float... they kept sinking down to the floor. The retailer decided to add just a lil more helium to the large doll balloon and the seam then split and the balloon popped. Very bad quality!! At least Amazon allowed me to return these for a full refund... that is the only reason I am giving 2 overall star rating.

Didn’t float.
3 of the ballons didn’t float. I used a new helium tank and nothing. The most important one, the lol doll was one that do not float. The banner looks like print with my house printer, the image was even blurry. If I knew that I would do it myself. I was very disappointed because it was for my daughter’s 7 birthday.

Did not float with helium.
3 of the balloons would not float at all. The lol doll was the most important and with helium is sank to the floor. Too heavy? Two others did the same. The 7 did float and the polka dots did a half float. Not sure what happened. But a waste of money and a sad little girl.

It works
The numbered balloon was two-three sizes larger than the lol character but my daughter still enjoyed. Would have rated higher if the character was the largest balloon. Overall all of the balloons were colorful and great for a little girl's birthday. Large number of items in package allowed me to decorate multiple rooms with the one order. Delivery was next day.

WOULD NOT FLOAT
I purchased several packs of helium balloons for my daughter's 7th Birthday. All of the balloons floated; except EVERY SINGLE BALLOON included in this pack. My daughter was most excited about these, but a 7 and LOL laying on the ground fully inflated was depressing and sad. We are already dealing with a pandemic; limited celebrations and so many changes for kids, that it was unfortunate that this added to that misery. Did I mention that every other balloon purchased from a different company floated?

Beware, the most important balloons are defective.
The #7 Mylar balloon spontaneously popped after 2 hours! It cost $9.99 to fill with helium and didn't live to see my daughter's birthday. And the LOL balloon never floated when filled with helium!
