I've used a good number of SmartInk cartridges and always had good luck. They are always recognized as genuine cartridges, are full, print quality is good and the price is right.Recently, a set of cartridges failed so I contacted their support with photos and printer diagnostic info. They were quick to respond (late at night, even) and rushed another set of cartridges . Unfortunately, the replacement set wasn't packaged well and arrived damaged. I contacted them again with photos of the damage and they sent out another replacement set that was perfect and in line with their usual quality.I understand that stuff happens and I think the issues were just a one-off thing; I've had far worse luck with other sources. I'll continue to stick with SmartInk for remanufactured cartridges thanks to the quality, price, and support.

Ink worked great and I thought I had finally found a good replacement ink for a reasonable price. Sadly, I was wrong. I was only able to print about 30 pages before the printer had issues. The ink was smearing and all print was illegible. Now I just get an error that there is a problem with my ink cartridges and my printer no longer prints. The black ink has leaked all inside my printer making a huge mess. Of course the return window closed two weeks ago so I can't return the cartridges for a refund. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Waste of money and a mess to clean up.

I had ordered the Smart Ink black and color cartridges for my HP printer, but I messed them up when trying to insert them and they wouldn't work. I contacted Smart Ink to see if I could send them back because they were still full of ink and I was hoping they would replace them. I went to Live Chat and asked, and they replied back that they would immediately send the replacement and I didn't even need to go to the trouble of returning the still full cartridges. I received the replacements in two days, inserted them correctly, and they are working great. Kudos to Smart Ink Company for their immediate response and for exhibiting wonderful customer service!

I don't print a lot from my home printer but when I do, I expect it to print what I need. I have purchased other knock-off HP 60XL cartridges before and they seem to work alright. I chose this one because of the price and that I needed both cartridges. All of a sudden, the black toner doesn't come out even though according to my troubleshooter on the printer, it's showing half full! I've taken the cartridge out, cleaned it, realigned it, and tried several prints and still nothing. And the worst part is that I didn't expect it not to work because my device was showing the cartridge as half full. Not happy at all about this.

My printer couldn't detect the first 2 sent. Customer service was prompt to send another set. With the replacement, only the black worked (same detection issue for the color). Customer service was prompt again, but had me jump through many hoops (eg send pictures), which I could never do when I was away from my printer (eg at work). Ultimately gave up. Might try another refill company, but there's a good chance I'll stick with paying full price for a lot less hassle.

I'm always wary on 3rd party ink, but the price of OEM ink is more than a new printer so I took a chance on these. They have worked perfect with no problems. The packing could be better as the box the ink cartridges were in was crushed in the soft padded envelope, but the cartridges themselves were okay. Will definitely purchase again.

Smart Ink has a new long-term customer. The printer immediately recognized both cartridges and accepted them. We can also check the ink levels via the HP Smart app, which has NEVER happened with any other off-brand before. The picture/font/text quality is great so far. We just installed them so I cannot say whether or not they last as long as OEM ink, but with how great all the other aspects have started off, I fully expect them to perform as advertised.

first time using this company, looking for a cheaper but equivalent quality ink for my Photosmart d110a printer. I got a faulty color cartridge in my combo kit that arrived and immediately contacted chat support via the website. Allison was friendly and willing to work to resolve the issue. It didn't take long to see the cartridge had a visible flaw in the print head. Without hesitation a replacement was sent and arrived within a few days. When it got here, I inspected it, installed, and tested it, and it worked like it was supposed to. Quality of ink appears to be on par with top brand name ink. Will see over the next few weeks how the 60XLs perform which are supposed to produce 3x the number of pages as normal #60 cartridges.So far, Smart ink is looking like a champ and a strong contender for being an economical yet quality-maintaining brand replacement for top brands that charge WAY TOO MUCH for their ink cartridge replacements.Thank you Smart ink!

I purchased these as a cheaper alternative to HP genuine replacements. I figured I would give it a go since the price was 50% of the HP part at Walmart or Best Buy.I read a few reviews and saw that people had had a few compatibility issues but I was willing to give it a go.Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Cartridges came packaged like new, they were as easy to install as the genuine HP parts. When I closed the door on the printer it recognized them as recycled genuine cartridges, it did an alignment process and that was it. I am now printing documents and you couldn't know the difference.The only thing left to confirm is how many pages I will get from them but they felt like they were full of ink so I am expecting the same as the HP parts.

I purchased the HP 60Xl cartridges for my HP Photosmart D110 about 2 years ago. They worked great for a few months but then the black cartridge stopped being recognized and was giving me an error. I contacted customer service to inquire on the warranty and they promptly sent me a new set of cartridges and were great to deal with. The black ink was giving me trouble again, but I found if I switched it out for the old one it would work again. The error message would come up every few prints and I would have to switch out the two black cartridges again. This went on until finally the printer won't recognize either of them. For almost 2 years of occasional use the price was good value. Annoying to always have to replace the black ink, and even though they likely still have use left in them, they no longer work for me and it's probably time to be replaced.

I got this for my my HP C4780 Printer. The price is good. So far I have only used the black ink cartridge. I don't print "a lot" but 3 weeks later & it works great & I am totally happy with the quality of the printing. I will definitely be buying these again. And shipping was very fast. I only gave 4 stars for "longevity" because it has only been 3 weeks. "Longevity" would be different for many users of this product, depending on how much printing one does.

I received the cartridges I ordered in a timely fashion. Installed them and all was well. Within two weeks the black started to fade out. Did numerous things to try and get it working, then live chatted the company. Within five minutes Whitney had a new set ordered for me at no charge. She said the cartridge failed and got the new set sent out immediately. Supposed to receive it in three days. Will not order from anyone else! Thanks so much

Tried a half dozen different ways to get this to work.Unfortunately had no choice but to return the ink.Replaced with original HP ink,worked immediately. Printer was a HP DESKJET D2660 a simple printer,delivery was fast.
