Very thick, very durable glitter ribbon. It's basically glittery naugahyde. Rubbery plastic on a fabric backing. Really cool stuff.

Very pretty and sparkly, but no stretch at all. The word elastic should come out of the description.

Bought this to make leg wraps for a costume. It's amazing. The material is gorgeous. Thick and well made. It does have much stretch but probably due to the glitter . So I didnt expect it to stretch. It is beautiful though. Colors of glitter change from blue,green,gold,pink etc. Will by again.

Revived this months ago but the tracking says it’s missing. Not sure how that happened. Product worked well for the bows I was making. Glitter doesn’t fall off.
