My buckle came undone on my Fitbit Surge while mowing the yard (and try finding that in a sea of grass). I noted that Fitbit chose to use a 'spring' buckle (and not a heavy duty one at that - rather a sad for a $249 device). Called Fitbit and they couldn't just send a new buckle, they sent a whole new unit (still in the first 90 days). Their instructions were thank you, your new device is coming and to recycle my broken unit as you would any electronics. REALLY!!!I looked at buckles on Amazon and found this one that screws into place - BRILLIANT! Although the band holes are wider than the tongue, it holds securely and even more comfortably than the original. SO now I have two Surges.If you have a Fitbit Surge, you need this buckle.
