being that I sometimes wash my face at the sink in the evening, I needed this two-tiered hand towel holder for holding my drying hand-towel and my wet face rag to dry. Apparently my hand towels are larger than the typical “finger tip towel” so I needed it raised. Being this is a lightweight towel rack and that our countertops are granite, I asked my teenage daughter to find a way to raise the rack and cushion the metal feet so that it doesn’t screech on the counter when removing the hand towel to dry hands with, and she came up with the perfect sized plastic caps that she glued on to the metal feet pegs. Works perfectly!!

I really love the look of this hand towel rack. I bought 3, one for each bathroom. This solved our decade long problem of not having a towel handle for a hand towel. We did not know where in the bathrooms to drill holes and put extra towel handles. We just did without hand towels for that long. It always bothered me not to have a hand towel in the bathroom. So when I found this, I immediately knew I had to have them. As I often do, I buy things without taking into account the measurement of the item. When I put our first hand towel on the higher handle, it was too long and touched the counter. I had the impression that it would hang a little higher like in the photo. I would have to fold it the other way in order for the towel to not touch the counter, but it looked a little odd and it didn't hang as well. I had to go and buy new hand towels which now hang just barely off the counter. I don't use the shorter side, but a face towel would hang just fine there. Another problem that I have to solve is purchasing rubber stoppers or something to keep it from moving on the counter as you wipe your hands. It does look nice in our bathrooms though.

Was really looking forward to receiving this product. It is so unique and nicer than any towel holder I could find in stores or on line. Even thought I had to return it, because it arrived damaged and the satin finish does not match my bathroom faucets or any of the hardware, I'm still giving it a 5 star because of how nice the overall product is. I also displayed it on my kitchen counter to see how it would look, and I actually love it there even more than the bathroom. It beats having the stand up paper towel holder that I currently have and that I reach for way too often because of the convenience of it being right next to my sink. I would rather have this towel holder there to save on so much paper towel use. I am purchasing this again and keeping my fingers crossed that it comes undamaged since it looked so good in my kitchen. I may order a 2nd one in the future for my bathroom and spray paint it to match my other accessories.

The stand is good quality and looks good. It’s just a little too small for my taste as I’d prefer to be able to hang two hand towels but it’s not tall enough. It advertises that it’s for finger towels which I didn’t realize were wash cloths. Am using it with “finger towels “ and it works well.

Product is beautiful and sturdy. It’s not flimsy nor does it look or feel cheap. It is NOT for hand towels. This will fit smaller fingertip towels and wash cloths.

Excellent quality & value. I read some of the other reviews prior to purchasing. And bc many were describing it as small, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. This holder is supposed to be small as it is designed to sit on top of a bathroom counter. Most self standing countertop towel holders are this size. It is a stand designed to hang a hand towel & a face towel on a countertop. It shouldn't be large. This is a nice sturdy, compact stand & very attractive. I would definitely purchase this again & I highly recommend the product.
