High priced outdated card
This is outdated card. for same price we can get better graphics card.

Worst for gaming
This graphics card is the worst I tried to play battlefield 4 but it was lagging like anything and also tried to play need for speed rivals and many more games. In the the control panel of nvidia it showed that bf4 will run good but when I tried to ran it it was having 15 to 20 fps.

Obselete Product
This is an obsolete product and you can get a higher configuration card with such a huge price tag.I say no to the product. To other potential buyers make sure and do comparison before buying.

The old card was pretty much fried following fan failure
Godsend. This was more or less a like-for-like replacement for the 8400GS that came pre-installed in my Compaq Presario Desktop. The old card was pretty much fried following fan failure.This EVGA card has more memory and is passively cooled. Easy enough to install though I had concerns about the SPDIF cable, which looked like a slightly different connection but just about fit. Definitely works as I have audio via HDMI.Post-installation, my PC is definitely running a little faster and much quieter - ironically, it is probably beyond my needs as I am not a PC Gamer and I have my PC connected to a 32" LCD TV via the DVI to VGA cable! But I know that the HD capability is there for when I upgrade my TV.

NO CD ROM DRIVER CAME WITH IT
I AM ANGRY IT SAID BEFORE BUYING THIS THAT IT WOUKLD COME WITH CD ROM DRIVER LOOK IN THE BOX NO CD ROM MIGHT SEND THIS BACK I AM NOT HAPPY IT COST ME A LOT OF MONEY

EVGA Nvidia 8400GS 512MB 32-Bit DDR3 Passive Graphics Card
Im still using this 8400GS card to this day in my HTPC build. Very nice GPU comes with a low profile bracket so if you have a small form factor case then this card will fit your needs. It will also work in OS X providing you have GraphicsEnabler=Yes with Chameleon/Chimera or inject nvidia set to true with Clover Bootloader.
