Good as described in the product

I was so hesitant to buy this shower chair because there were not many reviews to go by and the price was considerable. I’m currently caring for my elderly dad that can no longer get around on his own. We decided to take the chance and buy this chair. I can honestly say that this has been a great value to us and worth every penny. The chair is stable and sturdy. We use it constantly and my dad loves the convenience of it. If you are caring for someone elderly or disabled I strongly recommend you buy this chair. It is the best thing we’ve purchased for this purpose. I can’t say enough about it.

Made of PVC pipe. Works good, handles a 210 # patient with no problem even rolling over thresholds. A bit of lifting involved , but not bad.

Very sturdy chair for my elderly mom.

Well made with a great foot rest. Unfortunately, the foot rest prevented an easy lift stand from being used safely with it. Not enough clearance. Also liked the way the arms could be moved out. Had to find a different model.

Sturdy and very comfortable

This a nice chair. However, the locking casters are useless. What’s the point if the chair will still move. I bought small wooden chocks to keep it from moving. Because the footrest does not touch the floor, if you lean forward, the chair will tilt forward, which is dangerous, so I don’t use it. Also, it does not come with a urine guard for men. I bought an after market one.

A major piece was broken during delivery and I was very satisfied with how the company handled this. Unfortunately the piece itself could not be replaced. They had to send a new chair. It was fairly easy for 2 people to put together. While the chair has not been used in the shower yet, it appears that it should be great.
