Well made robust mount.
Bought for Vizio M 50 . ( TV approx 35 lbs). This is a pretty heavy duty mount. Well made and finished. Functions as designed. It is heavy so some might need help mounting on the wall. I was able to mount it by myself with no real issues. All the hardware needed to attach mount to wall and TV to mount are provided. They actually provide 4 different sizes (diameter) of machine screws for mounting TV to mount in 3 different lengths each.. Very thoughtful of them. The mount should fit most any TV with the main concern being weight. Is easily adaptable for whatever screw pattern/size required to attach mount to TV.It seems to handle my 50" Vizio with no strain what so ever. (35lbs)There are numerous bushings if needed for use between the TV and the mount. My Vizio did not require their use. I believe if you have one of the curved TV's you might need them. The hardware is of good quality and I see no reason for any issues to come up with the installation. I would recommend having your own level as others have mentioned. Good clear instructions were provided. Minimal tools used. Drill/driver w/large Phillips or appropriate socket and 3/16th drill bit for pilot holes for lag bolts. Must find center of studs. Personally I would NOT mount this only to drywall.. But that is entirely JMO.Once installed mount functions easily and is adjustable as designed. Holds position with no sagging. Mount is adjustable after basic installation to tweak level. There are allen head screws (allen wrench is provided) on TV mounting plate with bushings that you can loosen and make minor corrections to get the TV perfectly leveled. I would suggest simply lifting the TV off, make small leveling correction and hang TV again. Not really difficult. The one tip I would add is to pay attention to how you mount the mount arms to the back of the TV. I believe it is advantageous to attach the arms in a position so as to have a balance neutral situation.. What I mean is not attaching the TV to high up or too low on the mount to avoid having the weight of the TV cause unbalanced stress on the frame which could (imo) make the articulation of the TV a bit more difficult and possibly result in some sagging. (small point but I think some problems with sagging or TV not wanting to hold its tilt angle arise out of this factor)I think this is a very good mount and they provided more than the minimum hardware required to do the installation. Would not hesitate to buy this product again.

Bought this mount because of the 27.5" wall plate
There are probably at least 500 wall mounts out there that are all extremely similar to this one if you browse Amazon. This is the only one that's 1) inexpensive and 2) has a wall plate bigger than 18". Why oh why do manufacturer's make their wall plates 18" when studs are minimum 16" apart? That means that you have very little flexibility on where you mount the wall plate, never mind trying to install it if you have studs 24" apart. Sure, you can slide the tv arm bars on the tv plate, but that causes lopsided weight distribution, which then causes the tv plate to not be level. A few observations on installing this plate:1) Even with the 27.5" plate, I find that I cannot perfectly center the mount on my wall. I have to offset it and slide the tv to one side. If you have a smaller tv, this means that your wall plate will be exposed and not hidden from view.2) Just because the wall plate is level, doesn't mean that your tv is level. My tv was 10 degrees off after mounting. You can adjust the level of the tv plate with 5 screws but it is very inaccurate. Just tightening the screws can throw off your level. So you have to hold your tv in the level position you want, all while trying to tighten the screws to make it hold.3) Sideways movement is fairly smooth. Up tilt is smooth. Down tilt is not. No different than most under $200 mounts.4) No washers provided for the screws for the wall plate. Had to get some from Home Depot.5) HDMI cable is low quality.6) The level on the mount seems to be accurate. I used another level to install but it seemed to confirm that the mount was level. All in all, a very good mount for the price with a few minor issues.

Decent Mount, Frustrating Hardware
I purchased this mount for a 65 inch curved Samsung 4k tv. I will say that the mount is very sturdy. It doesn't have any problem supporting my tv (62 lbs) and there is virtually no sagging when it is fully extended from the wall. As other reviewers have stated, it is very heavy. I was able to mount it with little issue, but I did work up a sweat. Keep in mind that it could be a challenge or require two people. The instructions that came with the mount were not in English, but the assembly itself is pretty straight forward. Lack of appropriately sized hardware (nuts and bolts) was the really frustrating thing for me. It seems like they just threw randomly sized bolts into the bag. Not all of the bolts came in even numbers, resulting in me having to search around the house to find the extras that I needed. It also only came with one of the large plastic 'wheels' that you use to adjust the bolts that control the up/down tilt. Fortunately for me, the one from my old mount worked. The main reason that I have given this 4 stars is the ability to push and pull from the wall. It takes quite a bit of effort to push the tv back towards the wall when the mount is extended. It is really awkward because you can't just push it back on one side and then walk to the other side and do the same. You have to apply even pressure to the middle plate to get it to go back against the wall correctly. WD-40 helped slightly, but I think the main difficulty is the result of the dual arm design. If you aren't regularly adjusting the position of your set, it's really a non-issue. All in all, this is a great mount, and I have total peace of mind that my tv is secure.

Pro's & Con's & Use the Level on the Unit - Save your hair
Make sure you read my full review, it will save you ripping your hair out if you do. Before I made my purchase, I read all the reviews and asked questions and the answers from people who purchased this item, sold me on it. I was floored at the weight of the unit itself out of the box, in a good way! it is extremely sturdy and well built. My husband opened up the wall where we wanted to put it, he put in 2, 2X10" pieces of wood and secured them to the 2x4 studs, then drywalled over them. We marked the wall where the pieces went in and once the drywall portion was finished, we held the unit up where the guidelines were and drilled tiny holes so we could fully paint the wall. Now here is where you want to pay special attention to my review. In a review I read, they said the little level was garbage and to ignore it, we followed that advice. Do Not Ignore that level, it's there for a reason. We used a 3 foot level across the unit and our 48", 8 year old Panasonic Plasma TV is slightly crooked. That little level is there because when you pull the TV out and move it to view, it will be straight, so do use the one on it. Also, ignore the Alphabet letters on the parts bag, use the picture at the front of the instructions and it will make your life easier and the installation seamless. The Pros: Very Well Built, Easy to install if you do it right, will fit so many sizes of TV's it will last you.The Cons: The instructions are not what they need to be. Like telling you to use the level on the unit and why. The lettering of the components does not match up with the instructions. If you take your time, match the components at the front of the book to the ones you will need for your TV, use the level on the unit and not your own, reinforce your wall to hold everything, you will be very pleased with the outcome.

Tough
This is very heavy duty mount. TCL recommended a mount rated at 5x the weight of tv and this is closes I found. The built in level did not match my stand alone and seemed to be off! Im in an old building, but still. I recommend having a second level. The mechanism for pulling in/out is a little stiff and hard position without pushing pulling tv which is a big no no. If you plan to move tv in and out a lot this one isn’t the greatest. It works verywell for leaving it in fixed position once you found it.

Good range of movement
I got this one because of the wider base so that it would be easier to hit studs exactly where I wanted it to be. The tilt adjustment worked really well (better than other mounts I've seen).About the only real issue I had was that the built in level didn't seem to be accurate enough, so I ended up using a separate level to make sure it would go up straight. It is a bit stiff to move, but I would rather it was a bit stiff than a bit loose and moving around by accident.
