Several websites suggest that the C2 version is bundled with the keyboard dock. Is that correct?

I have asked the same question myself and decided to check the ASUS forums. An ASUS rep clarified this and said that the C2 version does indeed signify that it is bundled with the keyboard. However if you check the product description here on Amazon it specifies that it's the C1 version. I tried posting this clarification on the product ratings page so that it is brought to Amazon's attention since they were selling according to their description the C1 for a higher price. It was originally $799.99 on here. My 'rating' comment never saw the light of day as it was rejected but at the same time they suddenly changed the pricing to $599.99 but they still haven't corrected the wrong heading for the product. I guess somebody botched on the product details somewhere before they listed the product on their servers.

Is there a slot to hold the pen?

There is no slot on the tablet to hold the pen. However, the tablet comes with a sleeve that have small elastic loop attached for keeping track of the stylus.

Is this Windows 8 full version so I can install software like my laptop?

Yes, it is a full version of windows 8. It will run x86 (32 bit) applications as well as Microsoft "Windows 8 Apps". It can also be upgraded to windows 8.1 for free.
