It is good in anything you cook as a substitute for filler (ie:bread crumbs, oats, etc.). Make sure you soak it in water to sofen it before using. I love the flavor it gives everything.

I store it in a jar in the refrigerator after opening the package, and I don't have any problem. As long as it stays dry, it can last forever.

You can use it to make a coarse middle-eastern style bread, you need a recipe that is specifically use with bulgar it is not for regular bread.
