Case Logic DLBP-116 16-Inch Laptop Backpack (Dark Gray)

I was scouring Amazon and the entire internet looking for the ideal backpack for my situation. I think I may have spent a good 2 days on research alone until I decided on this great backpack.I have a 15.6 laptop that I paid premium price for and was concerned about protecting this from any further beating. For the time being, I was using my pull-along Samsonite laptop bag with a pull-out handle. Not only was the darn thing clumsy and unbalanced, it provided poor protection on the bottom of the bag and little did I know that my laptop was being scratched internally from the frame for the pull-out handle. After the handle finally gave-out, it was time to replace it. I was contemplating whether or not it was feasible to purchase a backpack that had wheels, thinking that I may need to use it when going on vacations. I could see myself pulling this thing through the terminals and off to my boarding gate- but then again, that only happens maybe once a year. I also didn't want to look like I borrowed this from my daughter or have that schoolboy look. I decided to go with a backpack since I needed something light enough to carry my laptop, charger, mouse & headphones. Boy did I really hit the gold mine on this pack.Not only is it very lightweight, but the back support is rigid and keeps its shape. The straps are very comfortable to wear and it feels like it's not even on my back at all. It doesn't sag with the weight I'm currently carrying (approx 6lbs). It's padded enough on the bottom of the pack where I can gently set it down on the ground without fear that it may cause damage to my laptop. It's also padded between your back and the laptop and the pouch it sits in fits perfectly. The zipper comes over the top and encloses it over the laptop quite well. I really like the side pouches and I found use for those rather quickly for the charger and mouse.Overall, great buy, affordable and the materials are very durable. I bought the gray/red version and it stands out quite well. Highly recommend this pack if you're on a sub $50 budget and don't mind lugging this on your back.

Perfect for holding my 14 inch Alienware laptop, a very thick C++ programming book, and a thin binder/notebook or 2 for note taking in other classes in the main compartment. It is called a laptop bag, but the laptop pocket can also be good for separating a binder and notebook from others, or holding a single book you want quick access to later.There's a little pouch near the top-center of the bag right under the main compartment that i find perfect for holding car keys and a wallet.The smaller compartment, below the main compartment and little pouch, I find perfect for holding a pencil pouch and some index cards. It even has 3 pencil holding pockets but you may want to hold a one that is a little shorter than the length of a fresh pencil. This is the portion of the bag you might not want fill with stuff that's too bulky, as it will push against the things in the main compartment and make the back stick out awkwardly. If the other pockets aren't too full, you can put a bulky item in this section, but if that is not the case, it can handle something like a pocket-sized spiral notebook or something like a tablet.Also has 2 side pockets that can hold random items that need to be brought along, like a bottle of water, lotion, cologne, glasses case, etc. And the straps that control how low or high the bag rests on your back can be rolled up and Velcroed into a roll, keeping things nice and neat rather than having them flop around while you move.This is really a pick-up-and-go bag, comfortable to wear, and has a pocket for everything. For under $35 the quality is great (feels like an $80 or $90 bag) and I'm glad i didn't impulse-purchase a bag and took the time to search around, which led me to this choice.Might even buy an extra 1 or 2 to store for later just in case this bag is longer for sale by the time I need to replace it.I'd recommend this bag for students that plan to carry a book or 2 with some notebooks, professionals that want a cheap, quality bag and stay well-organized at the same time, or even for daily commutes.

I use this bag every day and manage to fit my 15.6" laptop, notepad and stationary, as well as my gym clothes, towel, and my lunch! It seems to hold a lot more than you first think looking at the size. The quality of the bag looks and feels very good and it is very comfortable to wear over your shoulders.

Der Rucksack erweist sich als äußerst strapazierfähig, ist viel auf Wanderschaft dabei.Viel Platz, hervorragender Tragekomfort, gut gepolstert. Auch wenn bis an das Maximum ausgereizt immer noch angenehm zu tragen, biegt das Kreuz nicht durch (und man sieht nicht wie ein Packesel aus).Zum Laptopfach: Ich nutze ein Macbook Pro 15" Retina und einen 17" Acer, passen beide rein. Ist gut gepolstert, doch wenn ich NUR das MBP dabei habe, "wabbelt" es ein wenig beim gehen (das Fach ist etwas weit, keine Befestigungsschlaufe). Folglich habe ich ein Handtuch, Buch oder Buch mit im Fach was vollkommen ausreicht. Abstürze oder unsanftes Absetzen auf den Boden stellen kein Problem dar. Viele Staufächer, die Seitentaschen bieten Platz z.B. für je 2 Redbull Dosen, Ladegeräte mit Verlängerung, oder, oder.. Brillenfach ist auch super.Kurz zu meinem Gepäck während Arbeits- und Studienzeit: je nachdem 1-2 Ordner, Bücher, 1 große Tupperdose, 1,5l oder 2l Wasser Flasche, Schreibzeug, MBP, Ladegeräte oder/und Krimskrams - Platz ist noch ausreichend vorhanden. Nichts quietscht, nichts gerissen oder ist bisher verschlissen. Hält normalem Regen stand (einem Regenguss war ich noch nicht ausgesetzt!)Würde den Rucksack wieder kaufen.Bilder können auf Anfrage extern online gestellt werden.

Es una mochila que me ha sorprendido gratamente. En la descripción y las fotografías se veía un buen aspecto; pero al uso se hace más cómoda de lo que parece. Aunque se hecha en falta quizá un bolsillo más en la parte protegida del portatil, los bolsillos de acceso rápido (Laterales) son muy comodos

Hello,I'm so happy with my backpack that I came back just to leave this comment.People tend to leave reviews only when they don't like something, but I would like to let you all know this is the greatest backpack I have EVER had. And no, I don't work for them. It's just a great backpack.It's not heavy, but very sturdy and you can put almost anything inside. I have traveled with 3 laptops in it with all the chargers and I had some extra room for 2 Logitech mice. Remember this is a good bag for a 15" laptop, I wouldn't want to try stuffing in a 17", but it looks like it may fit. Also there are bigger bags out there, but because they're so big, they end up hurting your back from being disproportionate. This one is made correctly and your back will thank you.Anyway, I have had this backpack for about 6 months and I carry my 15" heavy, expensive work laptop (HP Elitebook "full-options", lol), lunch and 2 cans of soda/beer in the side pockets on a daily basis. The zippers are all working fine, there are no tears/rips and it looks like new. Also, I really love the small compartment for my glasses. It's very useful during summer walks to switch between my sunglasses and vision ones.Overall, I'm honestly very happy with it and will probably keep it for at least another 2-3 years.
