Solid All-Rounder Robot Vacuum & Mop
I bought the eufy C28 Omni to handle our upstairs floor, which has a mix of low-to-medium pile carpets, smooth tiled bathroom, and a textured cobblestone-style shower room floor. After several days of daily use, Iโm impressed overall. The mopping performance stands out. Even on the tiled and textured cobblestone bathroom floors, it does a thorough job and leaves very little surface water behind, the floors feel properly clean and dry quickly afterwards. It transitions well between the carpets and hard floors too, adjusting automatically without any issues. Navigation has been mostly reliable, though it did get stuck a couple of times on a desk leg. I just added a virtual boundary in the app and itโs been fine since. One small thing Iโve noticed is that the black finish scuffs pretty easily when it bumps into furniture or baseboards. Itโs purely cosmetic, but something to be aware of if youโre picky about keeping it looking brand new. The app itself has a really clean and easy to use interface. Setting up rooms and schedules is straightforward (We have it clean once a day at 12PM). My only minor complaint is that I accidentally divided one room while mapping and now I canโt delete the extra section or merge it back, my only option is to do a full re-map, hopefully that gets fixed in a future update. The base station is noticeably slimmer than other models like the Dreame L40 Ultra, which is perfect for our space. It looks well-made and actually quite sleek, sitting in the corner. Another big plus is how quiet it runs. We hardly notice it working, even during meetings or when weโre on calls. Overall, Iโm really pleased with this purchase. It handles the variety of floor types upstairs really well, mops effectively, and stays out of the way. Solid choice if youโre after a reliable robot vacuum/mop combo. Overall, this is a strong robot vacuum/mop combo. It handles mixed floor types effectively, mops thoroughly, and stays relatively out of the way. Definitely recommend it if youโre looking for a reliable everyday cleaner.

Eufy New Robot Vacuum Cleaner With Mop,C28 Omni,Self-Cleaning Roller Mop,
Absolute Game-Changer โ Takes the Hassle Out of Keeping House! "What an absolute brilliant machine! The Eufy C28 Omni has completely transformed our daily routine. With its incredible 15,000Pa suction power and the self-cleaning roller mop, it glides across hard floors and carpets effortlessly, picking up every crumb and leaving the floors looking immaculate. The All-in-1 station is pure magicโit vacuums, washes the mop, dries it with warm air, and empties itself so you hardly ever have to touch it. No tangled brushes, no dragging dirt around, and no fuss! Best of all, it gives us our time back. While this smart little robot handles the vacuuming and mopping, we can sit back, relax, and focus on other things. If you're on the fence about getting one, don't hesitateโit's worth every single penny!" Travis.K

Pleasantly surprised !
Absolutely brilliant help with keeping our floor clean. I honestly didnโt expect a lot from this little robot vacuum however to my surprise itโs been great so far. The set up and mapping was fairly easy just brace yourself with patience and let it do its job properly. The app could be improved as itโs not very user friendly or intuitive enough. If Eufy updated this slightly it would have been 5 stars. We have 2 short hair dogs one being large breed and the hoover manages the floors really well. Mostly laminate and tiled floor around my downstairs with one short pile rug thats not an issue for Eufy. I still deep clean once a week with a proper corded powerful vacuum but use Eufy every second day to keep the floors clean. We make sure to pick up all unnecessary items of the floor so the vacuum does a good job. It does not miss a spot ! It travels around until all areas that are mapped have been cleaned. I also purchased the original etch cleaning solution thatโs expensive however it literally needs a small cup full of it so the cleaning solution lasts a long long time. Noise levels are ok but nothing something thatโs super quiet as you can hear on my video. Itโs squeaks occasionally but this doesnโt bother us as we turn it on when downstairs isnโt used. Itโs lovely not having to do daily hoovering as this little helper does it for you. I would not rely on this as your main vacuum. Wish the warranty was longer ! 12 months simply isnโt great for that price. Paid ยฃ499 on offer

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!
As with everyone looking for a new automated hoover, I wanted to put an end of my hard labour and back pains and waste of time from hoovering up the place. I don't know why I took so long to get it! Some inventions are expensive novelties that one with a simple life doesn't really need - but this is an absolute essential that will change your life for the better and realize that maybe humanity isn't completely hopeless in the pursuit of future technology! I am a busy young woman who lives alone with no pets, in a simple accomodation with dark carpets. I am clean with very little dirty habits, but I do have very long hair that gets all over the place. The dark carpet makes it not that obvious but I know that it's not a reason to ignore cleaning. The problem is that my manual hoover doesn't do a very good job, requires a lot of hours to do a decent clean, and always gives me massive shoulder and back pain by the end of it. I knew I needed a new hoover - but then I thought, why not just get these automated hoovers that everyone's talking about? Not only would it use up less space in storage, but it would also do all the cleaning for me! There were many models to choose from, but I went with this one in the end. It definitely was the right choice for the following reasons below: - My budget was ยฃ100-200 and this was comfortably within that during the sale. - The method of navigation is "intelligent random" - although some people recommended LIDAR, my place isn't that large and to be frank I am not that keen on these super advanced sensors such as camera and mapping due to the privacy concerns. This bot will go around randomly in the automatic mode, but it does have a certain pattern that it tries to use and it does eventually get around the whole room. You can switch between different modes and also control it with a remote if you want to override its path. - I have a sort of dark carpet (not of my choice, don't judge!) so I know some automated hoovers have issue with that due to the way their sensors work. This one works absolutely fine and transitions to bright hardwood without issue. - It also lets you connect it with your phone if you download the eufy app to let you know how much battery it has and lets you customize it a little more. It also alerts you if something's wrong, like something has made its wheels get stuck. The question is, does it completely replace manual hoovering? Well, my previous one wasn't that great to begin with. When I let the robot run free for just 30 minutes for an initial test drive on the minimal setting, the hoover bin was already filled to the brim with so much dust and crap that I had no idea was on the floor. My manual hoover never did that! There may still be small corners it doesn't quite reach unless you manually control the robot. Still, this beats my manual hoovering by a mile. The only caveat is that if you have been suffering with hoover procrastination (which is probably why you're interested in this product!) then keep in mind it is so good at picking up crap that your bot will probably get stuck a few times and need you to rescue it a few times. It picked up SO much hair that it got jammed in the wheels and every other part - I mean that's my fault for having so much hair but also goes to show how much more efficient this is compared to how I previously lived. Cleaning the parts is easy enough but be prepared to grab yourself some really small scissors and cut through the hairs and fur that it picks up, and rescue the bot a few times during its first cleaning cycles. You will also need to empty the drum very frequently at least during the beginning because it WILL fill up quickly, no matter how clean you thought you were living! Best investment I've made so far and really recommend it everyone - put it in your birthday wishlist or something! You will never look back.

Changed my life
I brought this little robot as I was finally moving into a place of my own. I had some spare money and had my heart set on a smart home, and that included this hoover. Firstly my house is 75% hardwood and 25% carpet and Oh' boy have myself and my wife got into some bad habits! This robot, which is now more of a pet is AMAZING! We've set up a schedule to hoover once per day (Sadly can't automate more than 1 clear per day) and off he goes. Now, you'll have to get into the habit of not leaving all your rubbish on the floor (A lesson my wife is still learning). If you can keep your floor clear of cables and cloths, you will never hoover again! I've got him, yes, "Him", aka "Eufy" set on BoostIQ and he smartly turns the suction power up and down depending what type of flooring he is on. His little bushes do an amazing job of getting under objects and into corners. Both myself and my wife spend most days working from home and still I only empty him maybe once every 1 or 2 days. Pros: 1. You will never hoover again. 2. He does a really good job at cleaning corners. 3. You can leave the house and come back and it's clean. 4. He's low profile so can fit anywhere. I store him and his home under a bookshelf. 5. You can brush all the rubbish onto the floor and set him off. 6. You can manually set him off. Cons: 1. You'll have to teach your wife and family to keep the floor clear. 2. You'll get into a really bad habit of brushing dust and crumbs onto the floor. And I mean, a really bad habit... Dusting? On the floor... Bread crumbs? On the floor... Hamster bedding? On the floor... The list is endless! 3. He becomes a pet. When he gets tangled in your wife's earphones, you will tell him off like a dog. When he annoys your wife, he's your problem! 4. You will sit there sifting through what he's picked up. Not because you have to, but because it's actually quite fun. Quotes: "Babe, have you seen this? Where the hell did he get that from?!?" and "Oh look babe, he found your lost earring". 5. Unless you have another portable hoover, you will have to visit the hand car wash to have your car hoovered! 6. He has a remote. While you'll love it at the start, it turns this bad boy into an RC Car... That every Toodler, Child, Teenager and Adult will want to play with when they first visit, and pretty much every visit from that day forward. 7. Lastly, for all you tech people. Yes, he will eat all the cables on the floor. Yes, he returns to base, but sometimes he will die in the middle of the floor because he got lost. Yes, you will have to pull hair out of the roller every now and again. And yes, there will be that one rug, for some unknown reason, defeats Eufy every day and you have to clean it yourself. Also, he works really well with all smart hubs. 8. You'll become better friends with Eufy, than your wife...

Must have! Best purchase! Just get it!
Hi Eufy, if you're reading this, I'd like some reward for giving such a glowing review lol. So firstly, I naturally read the reviews and they gave me some concerns, mostly about the attena like brushes falling off and the vaccum not being able to make it over my multiple thick wool rugs. Or the fact I don't have a huge empty space for the docking charge station. But I didn't need to worry about any of these things. People really need to read the instructions or Google/contact Eufy when something isn't working out! The brushes at the front were falling off a lot. Turns out like so many others, I didn't push the two front brushes down hard enough so they click in firmly. Once I did, they haven't fallen out at all. In the boost setting, my thick wool rugs are no problem and even in the standard and max settings, it finds a way to get over them. The docking station doesn't need as much room as the instructions state and it finds its way home with relative ease, it's not needed me to take it home other than the first time I moved it as I've now even put the docking station under the sofa and it still finds its way home from rooms away!! It nagivates itself around really well and I'm so impressed with how well it cleans, picking up a great deal on each trip out. My carpets and floors always look freshly vacuumed and zero effort! It's much quieter than a standard vaccum which young my autistic son loves. And when there's a little mess to tidy up, the remote function is brilliant. However it doesn't work as smoothly with my mobile phone. It works with Google Home. Cleaning - the main brush requires regular cleaning and the collection tray requires emptying daily for a family home, both of which is are very simple. The vacuum gives me alerts if the drop censors require cleaning to avoid this I simply give my vacuum a quick wipe over when emptying the collection tray. This increased cleaning and emptying is no problem at all considering I no longer have to vaccum the floors. Love the edges of the room function and it works equally well on carpet, thicker rugs, tiles, vinyl and even does the door mats pretty well. The plus to all of this, is that I got this model for ยฃ132.99 in the black Friday sale. Bargain. Having a physical disability this has been one of the most significant aids in my home and why I've gone to the effort of writing this review. If it can be so helpful for me, I hope it can for others. Please don't be put off by preconceptions and or very biased reviews. P.s this review was written 27/12/21 and I recieved the Eufy Vaccum on 26/11/21 and have been using it daily.

Best home appliance purchase we have made. Must have item if you have hard-floors and dogs
Box Content: RoboVac, Docking Station, Plug, Remote, 2 x AAA batteries, 2 x filters, 4 x front brushes, 1 x Roller, 1 x Roller cage, 1 x Roller Cleaning Tool I cannot compare this robot vacuum against any other as this is the first and only one we have had. Our home set up is hard-floor upstairs and down with a few rugs. We have two medium sized dogs that persistently mult and usually within a day of vacuuming the house it is like the wild west again with tumble weed blowing everywhere. Since we have had this RoboVac, we have had it scheduled to run every day at 15:00 which it will do for 100 mins until the battery runs low and then it heads back home. When we return from home the floor is clean of dirt and dog hair and it has saved us doing the regular vacuuming. On hard-floors it works very well and even gets under the sofa and other areas we wouldn't normally get to on a quick vacuum. We do have to go around the house every morning to move items to a safe place like put the dining chairs on the table, pick up the dogโs toys, etc. but this isn't too arduous. For the rugs in the house, the RoboVac does pick up a fair amount of dirt as it uses the BoostIQ function which automatically detects the surface and increases the suction to max. Unfortunately it doesn't get all the dog hair as the long pile holds on too well. For this we use our Dyson V10 once a week to run over the rugs to get all the heavy, stuck in dog hair but this is much less than the every two days before. If you have dogs and carpet everywhere then I don't think this is good enough as you wonโt reduce the amount of supplementary vacuuming you will need. The app and Alexa interface works well and as expected. The collection bin is small but big enough for 2-3 days but should be emptied daily for optimal cleaning. We empty it using the Dyson V10 which takes 30 secs. The filter needs washing and drying once a week if using daily as we do but there is a spare supplied to allow the filter time to dry. The RoboVac's navigation system is of the dump variety where is doesn't learn where it is going or where it has been and simply drives around bumping into things turning, then heads off in another direction. It can go into edge follow mode which works well. Overall this navigation system works well across our 54m^2 downstairs and it tends to get everything each time. Maybe the smarter navigation system of the Roombaโs or Dysonโs is more efficient but at their price of ยฃ800 weโd rather buy 4 RobotVac's. The only issue we have is the roller and front wheel gathers hair far too easily and needs clearing once a week at the same time as the filter and is a bit of a faff to clean but a cleaning tool is provided with the vacuum. There are other RoboVacโs out there that have better roller designs that either self-clean or don't clog up. The Shark IQ Robot R101AE does this and also empties itself every day which is the pinnacle of Robot Vac's IMO but...this model isn't available in UK yet without paying loads of postage and ridiculous US import taxes.

Great but with unavoidable flaws that need to be mentioned
Things I like - Surprisingly good suction considering itโs just a small hoover - It might have a small dust compartment but itโs fine for light use. Never really presents much of an issue since it just stops sucking up crap if itโs too full! - Good cleaning tool (to remove tangles and dirt from the machine) and remote that comes with the device. App is decent too. - Definitely keeps on top of the day-to-day hoovering and reduces allergens in the home - Low so gets under quite a lot of tricky areas like cupboards and low beds. Things that could be better - Itโs not a smart hoover that you can give directions to in terms of no-go areas and priority areas. It literally just goes around at random. I knew this when I bought it and I thought Iโd be okay with it but actually itโs REALLY irritating when you have an area of the house that needs a bit more attention and the hoover decides that it just wants to go and do a different area thatโs relatively clean and it just hangs around there for far too long. The hoover has an annoying knack for being EXACTLY where you donโt want it to be at any given time. For that reason, it needs babysitting a lot. Iโm not deducting points for that since it never claims to be as smart as higher end models but I also think it needs to be taken into consideration if you DO want to purchase this. - Sort of following on from the above point here but this appliance DESPERATELY needs better object detection facilities. I get that itโs not smart per se but it also shouldnโt be completely dumb. Tasseled rugs or throws? Forget it. The side brushes will whip those tassels right up. Itโs almost inevitable - I donโt think thereโs a single run itโs done where it hasnโt got tangled unless Iโm babysitting it and manually guiding it away with the remote or app. Once it grabs a tassel, it just keep twisting and twisting until the tassel is tied into an unbelievably tight knot around the brush; only THEN the hoover decides to stop and start beeping. The solution for this would be to have an adjustable setting that can stop the brushes from spinning if they start detecting a bit too much resistance/tug on the brushes. Alternatively, you can do what Iโve done and just take the side brushes off but then the cleaning is less effective soโฆyou pay in other ways. Those side brushes occasionally even tangle in medium pile rugs though thatโs quite rare. - The object detection from a movement perspective is also quite rudimentary. Plastic bumpers need to physically hit something before it decides it needs to go a different direction. Got a low fireplace hearth? Probably wonโt pick up on that so it will just keep trying to mount the bloody hearth. Same for smaller pet bowls like our catsโ. The hoover basically looks like itโs trying to mate with food/water bowls. Weโve got around this by just buying slightly taller bowls. Not a big deal. Another one is when it reaches an object thatโs on the cusp of being too short for it to go under. For example, one of our radiators is borderline the same height as the hooverโฆso the hoover somehow is perfectly capable of getting under the hoover but is absolutely useless at then removing itself from that spot. In conclusion, despite my above points, I would recommend this hoover to anybody as long as theyโve considered their own personal setup at home. If you have a lot of tassels and throws and rugs or a low fireplace hearth, I would possibly consider a smarter device. I manage just fine with this one simply by turning off scheduling (itโs pointless because itโll just get jammed in something) and manually turning it on whenever Iโm actually in the room that needs cleaning, e.g. I might play my PS4 in the living room and set it going so that I can keep an eye on it. If I see it going somewhere a bit risky, Iโll just spin it a different direction using the remote next to me. We will eventually upgrade to a better model but, for now, this will do. We got it on a Prime Sale so it was an absolute bargain for what it does.

An upgrade that's worth the price tag! Will auto detect your rugs and stop the mop too!
Like most of you, I've been painstakingly checking reviews of this and similar models but as it was on sale, I bit the bullet, and am so glad I did! It's not just the machine that's league ahead, but even the app software makes your customisations easy to setup!

Is almost a household confidante
Was contemplating a lot on whether to return or not. Had days thinking nah I'll keep it and then the next no VFM. Pros: 1. Does a good job with vacuum and literally no hair left behind on roller. They really got that right. 2. Day to day mopping feature Cons: 1. Frequent mop washing (detergent levels will drop and can only use Eufy detergent which is not available on Amazon) 2. Mop drying time is recommended to be set as standard (5 hours). When you use quick dry which is like 3.5 hours, the next time you try to use it leaves a very smelly floor. I had to redo the floor manually. Electricity consumption as a result. Charging however does not take time. 3. As oppose to what they say, you have to leave a clear floor with no furniture lying about for it to do a thorough clean of the zone/room. If not it avoids the area with a wide margin and at times doesn't even finish the area. 4. It doesn't detect on it's own if there is matter left behind or a deeper stain than normal. If Eufy can take note of the points maybe their next product will be a better improvement but I find no value for money in it's current price. Seller AnkerDirect AE responded to this review and I commend their help. Now I don't have issues in using Eufy products as I was hesitant to keep it after reading up reviews where there was no contact from Eufy. Any others hesitant for same reason in UAE should not be. If I knew earlier about their responsiveness, I would not have returned it as it's a good tool to use if managed effectively.

good quality, but watch out for the apps
i've been using this for a few months now and it's very good. i have mostly wooden floors with a few rugs, and it handles general cleanup and mopping really well. it struggles a little bit in corners and can leave some dirt standing by, but there seems to be a problem with all robot vacuums. Setup was a bit confusing because the app they recommend didn't work very well; it wouldn't pair with the vacuum/ However, I discovered Eufy has a newer app, which worked perfectly. The app controls are nice and it warns you when you need to do maintenance or when the bot is stuck, etc. The station is nice and easy to clean and swap out both the clean and dirty water. the bot does tend to leave a lot of dust in the station that you have to manually clean out, but that's simple enough. Overall, I would recommend it. It's really nice and the quality feels quite good.
