The description and misleading. there are not 3 USB's only 2. I needed 3. There is no steering wheel possibility because there is no can-bus and cannot be used with a steering wheel adaptor either as there is no analogue input for that. There are two wires, button 1 and bottom 2 which must be for back in the analogue days.The instruction manual is written in very poor English and there are many photocopies in the box.The unit feels cheap and flimsy compared to my old American brand.

It took a while to take the plunge for an android device but im so pleased i did, this Dasaita is so well spec'd compared to main stream brands but at half the price! I had a couple of install drama's but at every stage, I contacted Bryce and Eileen and got a response within 24 hours - and all issues sorted. (Unfortunately the DAB interface which was an additional purchase had a fault but again, response as swift and the refund immediate). This unit is now sitting proud in my Merc Viano and it looks and performs so impressively Im just on a buzz every time I get in vehicle :) - Side note - Ive read some reviews that say the spec was not as advertised (2 not 3 USB's) this is nonsense, the unit lives up to all details :)

Received and installed my new Dasaita, I did, however, have problems with my first order I could not connect to the internet through my phone. Dasaita were so helpful and answered all my correspondence, and the Dasaita is now fitted and working as it should. A fantastic head unit.

Great Product! Fitted to my 2016 Honda Civic Type R GT. Customer service were a great help and got me the CANBUS i needed for steering controls and with fast shipping too. Great service! The unit is also very customisable and sounds great!

I have tried a few of these radio units from different suppliers and would say that this one is the best so far. Has a good sound quality without connecting the sub woofer. Seems to work well and has a nice blue on black display so does not dazzle you at night. Netflix is a bit of a faf to get on it but will if you perciveer. Has 2x SD card slots which is good but make sure you format them correctly or they will not be seen. Looks attractive.Cons: The customer service is hellishly slow to respond to you and will take upwards of two weeks to get back to you. Megger shiny glass screen which can be very reflective but better than the plastic ones that scratch easily from other makes. Also no vertical movement on the screen so can interfere with blowers on the car somewhat. Also no side to side adjustment.

I'm writing this in the hope it can help another T6 owner as I couldn't find any info anywhere with regard to fitting in a Transporter. I fitted the head unit today and I'm impressed with it. The screen is responsive and better than I expected for the resolution, you shouldn't be disappointed and the processor is plenty fast enough. The built in sat nav is a bit pants but who cares with Google maps or Waze just a click away.I needed a "Connects2 steering wheel control adapter kit" you can easily find these online. It comes complete with everything you need for an almost plug and play experience. Brackets, facia panel, aerial adapter and wiring harness to convert an aftermarket radio to Vw harness.The wiring harness which comes with the head unit has the yellow 12v(constant) and red 12v accessory(ignition) wires switched the wrong way. It's easy enough to remove the pins from the end with the big plug and swap these two around.I had to solder two wires a black (ground) to the main Black(ground) and the blue wire from the fm aerial adaptor to the blue(amp) wire from the head unit.I had some trouble at first, until I found deep in the settings - settings - car - factory settings (enter pin 126) you can select which vehicle make and canbus you have. There wasn't an option for transporter so (I think) I selected vw golf canbus. Anyway, it worked.I knew I would lose the visual for rear parking sensors (the sound alert still operates) but this doesn't bother me as I've fitted a reverse camera at the same time which is much better.The only problem I have is with the fm radio. If I hardly insert the aerial the reception is brill but can't be left like that as the plug is loose. If I insert it all the way in the reception is crackly rubbish. I'm thinking this is the aerial adapter fault so will change it.I had a kenwood head unit in a previous T5 I owned and this Dasaita is far more superior in my opinion. Full android makes all the difference.Delivery was fast. Overall I'm very happy.
