QTMY Biology Science World Collection of Real Insect Specimen Paperweight (Face Spider(Neriene emphana))

Our three boys love keeping oddities in their individual treasure boxes. They consider these resin specimens extra special, and we’re glad they’re virtually impossible to break. The spider has nice detail, is intact and of good size. Ours has a few small bubbles trapped inside, but the kids could care less—they’re more interested in his interesting body parts. This is an easy way to examine unusual insects up close, and helps keep kids motivated in science activities. Each Christmas we add new items to the treasure collections--these make nice stocking stuffers, and the kids are thrilled with the varied selections.

My boyfriend loved it!

This is awesome. A lot bigger than I think a spider should get! But I got this for my husband. The size of the block is a little smaller than a credit or debit card.

The spider is in good condition except for a few bubbles. However, this is definitely not a Face Spider, it looks more like a black wolf spider or a black hobo spider.
