I usaed it to relace old silicon sealant in thge shower and it worked great. The flat tool was useful for scrapping any excess sealant that I used when recaulking. Good purchase.

I am very impressed with this tool. As many of you may know, products made in Taiwan tend to be better quality than their Chinese counterparts. This caulk removing tool is no exception. However, considering how often I will be using the tool, I chose to go with a Chinese 3-in-1 tool for less than half the cost of this one.If you're looking for a durable, quality tool that will outlast similar tools being sold on amazon, this is your best bet.

Was trying to cut through some silicone and the plastic handle just broke in my hands and left a deep cut. Funny enough, I was cut not my the steel part but by the sharp plastic edge. Won't buy again.

This tool works, because of the metal blades. The selling price is twice what it should be, but I prefer overpriced tools that work rather than cheap tools that don't.

This tool worked flawlessly at removing old caulk from around our shower. I have tried every other technique and tool in the past, only to find them time consuming and marginally effective. This is well constructed, comfortable to the hand, and most importantly, it works!!! It cleaned up the old grout in minutes and made for a clean surface to re-grout. I highly recommend.

Pulled up the tiny stubborn bits of silicone in seconds and left no scratched on the tub.
