Hasbro Dance Twister

THis came in plenty of time for my daughter's birthday. She and her friends loved it! It is like one of those machinces where you have to follow the lights with your feet. It has different dificulty levels, so you can get really good at it, get plenty of exercise and it doesn't take up much room. I may use it myself!

Very good toy, well designed, my kids enjoy recommend mucho.Lo has a great price and you can give many hours of fun.

this is a fun game but only for 2 people. we will probably make our own circles so more players can join. only a few songs are included but there is a connection cord for an ipod or phone or other device. sometimes my kids just use it as a speaker :)

Stay away. The speaker in this thing sounds terrible! I expected it to be a game, but it's really not, there is no object to the game other than tap your feet on colored rubber circles on the floor as the unit flashes red, green blue or yellow. It's basically a cheap knockoff of the Just Dance video games. We played this on our hardwood floor and the rubber circles kept sticking to our feet. The unit comes with only a few songs, but that wasn't such a big deal since we have an MP3 player to connect to it. The unit itself feel cheap and fragile so don't drop it on the floor - I don't think it would survive the fall. Another drawback for me is that the box isn't meant to be reused for storage, so it's awkward to store a round shaped object with loose rubber pads in the closet. I'm so annoyed with this thing and my kids lost interest in it within 5 minutes. The only redeeming thing about it is that you can use it to play songs from your MP3 player. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy the original Twister game - there's a reason it's a classic.

It's not a bad product- I'll start by saying that. However, my kids have decided it makes a good speaker for their iPod and don't do too much else with it. In either demo or normal mode the 4 pre-programmed songs sing a snippet over and over and over unless a button is pushed. That gets old really fast. Plus one of the songs is probably THE most annoying song I've ever heard. :-) In general, the directions give good ideas on how to set up the dots to dance to the music, options for using certain colors for arm movements, and it is fun. (You can space the dots just outside of your dance area to avoid stepping on them and avoid them sticking to your feet.) There are several configurations for dots. If your children are coordinated, they may have more fun with this than others. (Remember original twister was about falling down and messing up, so with the right attitude it can fun for those of us who are less coordinated as well.) All in all, it's an ok toy, but it might head to the garage sale when we find another speaker (just so I can avoid hearing THAT song ever again. lol)

I got this for my daughter for Christmas because she wanted it and there were some wonderful reviews on here. I think those reviews must have been written by Twister Dance! This was pointless! It plays the 4 songs, and you can add your music player, but other than that it's just lights! What do you do with that?!? You might as well just turn on some music and dance, it would be more fun without stress of those silly lights!

I purchased this for our daughter as a Christmas gift. She has been asking for this and decided that Santa has to get it. Can't wait to play with it with her. This is an update on Twister Dance. My daughter really doesn't play the "Twister" game. She uses it for her iPod as a speaker. It plays really loud. All she has to do is connect her iPod to it with the adapter that is included and select her music and that's it. She really likes it.

Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was one of the items on her list. She and her friends have a great time playing it. Keeps them active and off the electronics for awhile.
