Fabrique Francine Collection London Carrying Case for Notebook (LTHLOND-2)

I ordered this for my daughter as a college graduation gift. She used it for 2 weeks and the straps were torn and all she put inside was her lap top, I tried to contact the manufacturer to see if I can send back for repair, I wasn't even asking for a refund since my daughter really likes the looks of the bag. The manufacturer never responded to me. This was a nice looking bag but horrible quality leather and horrible quality all together not to mention horrible service.!!!!!!!!

I loved the way this bag looked and got tons of compliments on it... HOWEVER, I was walking out of an appointment and the strap snapped in half in front of a client. Very embarrassing. Super sad, as this bag looked like perfection and appeared to be very high end.

Handles broke in half within two months. Strap on clip also does not stay on. Very pretty, but poor functionality.

This bag is perfect everyday for work and I LOVE IT! I carry my lunch, gym clothes, laptop and 2 notebooks. It fits everything seamlessly, I would highly recommend if you carry a laptop often, but even if you don't, this bag works very well for a practical and professional look.
