Alex Pretend Picnic Basket Kids Set, 18 Piece

My four year old loves her picnic basket. She has moved from playing with it as a single toy and is now using it to play in other imaginary games. I love that the plates and cups are not ceramic! We have had many tea sets that end in tragedy by breaking when they fall on tile floors. The blanket is a little small, but any bigger and it would become a hassle. Great purchase and even my older kids enjoy it when the littlest makes them play picnic with her.

I bought this for my (at the time) 3 year old daughter because she kept wanting to play with my very old "real" picnic basket. This set is so cute and just perfect for little ones. She goes into the backyard and puts out a "spread" for her stuffed animals and has picnics and it's just the cutest thing ever. It's also quite durable...I bought this a couple years ago (I think) and she's been playing with it all this time and nothing has broken on it. It's held up under some pretty rough circumstances (read: preschoolers!).

I gave this to my daughter for her 4th birthday. She is always having tea parties and picnics. She has so many tea sets but i love this picnic basket. Everything stores away perfectly in the basket. It's perfect for trips to grandma's house, or hotels.. anywhere we travel where she'll need toys for entertainment. It's so perfect to grab this and a doll/stuffed animal and she's busy for a good amount of time having her little picnics. We will be giving more of these as gifts. Would definitely buy again

I purchased this for my great niece and she simply love it. I believe it look like the real adult one the dishes are plastic with setting for four and plastic silverware that I would advise for children 4 yrs and up because the picnic basket is made out of wicker and not made for a younger child. I gave it four stars because the wicker basket had some wicker sticking out but could be push back inplace

Bought my daughter a small tea set some years ago at Ikea. The set is made out of porcelaine and the pieces are very tiny. The cup handles are so small, that I cannot fit my pinkie inside. I did not want my two year old daughter playing with the porcelaine set so I searched for something better. Getting the idea from her neighbors friend, I googled this particular set and bought it. Love it. Perfect for my 4 year old daughter.She loves it too.

My friend asked me to get this for his daughter who was turning 3 years old. This was her favorite gift. She started playing with it as soon as she unwrapped the gift and took her dad for pretend-picnics around the living room the rest of the afternoon.I have to say that I was surprised by the quality of the materials. The cups and plates are metalic, not plastic, nice detail!The price is more than fair.

We ordered this for our toddler's playhouse and were very disappointed when it arrived. It was so poorly made that there were sharp pieces of the basket material sticking out all over the place. It was dangerous. The inside items were very cheaply made. We do not recommend this for any children. Not sure how it gets past inspections as poorly as it is made.

The girls couldn't stop playing with this picnic basket!! The blanket is not large enough to sit on; it's only meant for the plates and cups. So bring a larger blanket to sit on. Everything is made well enough to be knocked around and won't hurt a thing! Fun little picnic set that you CAN eat on!
