How to remove the case .? It won’t come off easily!!! And yes I tried pulling it of 😩😩😩😔

You must turn the lid up and then press the lid back firmly. The lid will pop off of the lid to the case and the base will come upwards. It feels strange but it works.

What is the difference between the white + ab c5 and the white c18?

I think the white just sparkles in silver and the AB sparkles in colors as well as silver and gold. AB is way better (to me).

can you easily access the connection button?

No sorry, the case is completely covered and only has openings for the charger port , so you would have to take the AirPods out of the case in order to press the connection button
