ELEMIS Invigorating Cal-Metab Plus Body Enhancement Herbal Capsules, 60 Count

I have not found many reviews of this product so here it goes. I learned about this product on a cruise ship. I was skeptical but then knowing what ingredients are in it, I decided to try it out. I am 5' 7" and was about 33% body fat. I weight lift a lot and my problem areas during bulking is my stomach and love handles. I have complete a month of Cal-Metab Plus and Deep Drainage. I went from 202 lbs when I started to 189 lbs in a one month time. I do eat fairly healthy and work out as usual. I did not make any special changes. I did start to drink almost a gallon of water daily and what I noticed it made me sweat and go to the bathroom more but I feel it helped push out toxins. I am now on the Sillhouette cycle and I will post my review once I complete that cycle.

We (my husband and me) learned about it on a boat and decided to tried the 3 stage treatment. For a period of 6 months. 3 + 3. We did the diet recommended on the cruise, which was not so difficult. Gluten free, sweetener free, no cheese, no sugar. Lots of salads, avocado, coconut oils, almond milk, some fruit, protein at evening, grains and beans, no white rice but yes all the others, chia, quinoa, etc. There is really lots of stuff to eat.I dont know if it was the pills or the diet, but I have lost aprox 16 - 18 pounds and so did my husband. Went from size 12-14 to 8? And look a complete different person.

Excellent, works well with the drainage tablets. I am still in phase 1 of the detox.l

There was no information on the website about a person having HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HEART or THYROID DISEASE, DIABETES or taking an MAO INHIBITORS or any PRESCRIPTION DRUGS should not be taking this product. There should be a DISCLAIMER, so people would know not to order this item. I gave it an OK, but I will not be ordering this product again.

I've used this product several times over the past 5ish years. I love how it "sets things straight" and I have so much more energy while on it.

This supplement has been part of my daily regimen for going on 6 years now with positive results indicated in my lab results and from my doctor's review! I will definitely continue using it!
