Do you hate assembling metal cabinets? Are you willing to pay a little bit extra for welded & pre-assembled items? Are you OK with having to slam the hyell out of the cabinet door to close it? Then THIS is the storage cabinet for you. It's made in USA but it seems like on that day the quality control Manager was Whistlin Dixie, the cabinet I received has some horribly aligned doors and isn't Square(Shame on the Press Brake Operators at the Sandusky Manufacturing Facility)But luckily I have found an American solution to this problem, I went into the wilderness and saw a wild boar, I asked it "do you feel lucky punk?". I wasn't even able to finish my sentence as the boar had started to charge at me, so I fired off my 44 Magnum revolver and dropped the pest as a flock of bald eagles flew by overhead. I took the spent brass cartridge & flattened it in a vise to make a Rust-Free corner support. This is a temporary solution to ensure the cabinet wouldn't rock back & forth EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to open it (I double-checked to make sure that my concrete floor was level and it wasn't an error on my part)In the end, I think this is an overpriced cabinet and a poor reflection of "American Craftsmanship" I give it 3 stars because the Cherry Red Paint(supposedly powdercoating) does an excellent job of distracting you from the splatter from the spot welds. Bottom Line: You get what you pay for, this cabinet is Under-Quality AND OVER-PRICEDR.I.P. American Craftsmanship

The price on this cabinet got so low that despite bad reviews on other similar ones claiming it wasn't assembled or had bad damage I ordered anyways and I'm so glad I did. Cabinet arrived 100% fully assembled. It was packaged really well. Ceva Logistics did a great job delivering it. Exterior is flawless. If you are a perfectionist some of the shelves had corner dings and incomplete paint underneath but none of this bothers me. The shelves can be setup up to hold 10 1 gallon cans of paint per shelf. Look works good. So thrilled with purchase especially given the price. Almost half of others!

It's hard to say I "love" a steel cabinet, but I am happy with this purchase. It does the job just right. These shelves are made of heavier steel than less expensive versions offered, but I'd feel better about them if they were a bit sturdier. Still, they held strong even after we loaded them up with my husband's tools. Our basement tool room definitely looks a lot better with things stored in a closed cabinet and we like the added security of the locking doors. The shelves arrived on the day they were supposed and had zero damage. All in all, we're happy.

I feel like I got this cabinet for a good deal $215. It’s not perfect and has blemishes but I’m grateful for a “made in USA” company selling on amzn. It’s a battle out there vs. cheap China products. Keep up the good work Sandusky!

This cabinet was everything I expected and more. The packing was so easy to remove, and assembly was simply putting the shelves in. The locking door handle was already installed. It holds even more than expected and looks like a million bucks. Would definitely buy more Sandusky products!!!

The cabinets themselves are great. Easy to install the door lock and shelves. However, there are no levelers available for these cabinets. After purchasing them I learned from Sandusky Customer Support if you want to level the cabinet you have to order a different SKU. The different SKU cabinets have reinforced bottoms. I did not find any reference to this unique requirement. Personally, think the need for reinforced bottoms should be made clear in the product description for the cabinets I ordered.
