Great truck got it real fast look fotward to building it. Always like the old 1 cant wait to build it! Thanks again for another nice Boss...

I'm still building this one but have already found some pieces missing eg (road boss badges for the bonnet).

Pros - A lot of detail. Everything from little things like the oil filler cap to details in the chassis that you probably won't be able to see once the truck is completed.The fact that you build the truck from the ground up is very satisfying, granted you take your time and pay attention to the details. You also get the chance to build the kit with or without the sleeper.Finally, great box art.Cons - I know the instructions are reprints of the original 70s kits, but they were very lacking. There was no final assembly instruction, instead, you were left to piece everything together. Some small parts must be eye balled and centered on your own (the ID lights on the cab roof, for example). Other pieces have no pegs or holes to fit together and must be held together and glued.Finally, probably my biggest complaint with the truck was the hood. Assembling the hinges was a pain and I had to resort to cutting the pegs in order to get it on the chassis. Also, I know the hood mold is that of the longer model, however, it did not fit or match well with the cab mold at all.Fun kit, just wish the edges were polished a bit more.

Fun to paint and build. Easy to follow building imstructions. This is a great buy for any avid model builder.

My son loves this model. He builds models all the time, yet I think this is his best-looking one yet. He really enjoys modeling and doesn't know what he'd do without them.
