Shelter from blazing sun.
Living in south Florida makes it challenging to have a flowering garden due to the strong sunlight and heat. I have a few 4x4" garden beds I try to grow milkweed in but they wilt everyday I don't water them but yet they don't like alot of water. I also have pineapple plants that don't need much water but still seem to suffer from too much sun. So I built little cages with PVC pipe and hung this fabric with alligator clips across the top. Rain water or hose water comes through easily without crushing plants. I might remove the fabric in the winter time to make sure the pineapple plants get all the sun they need for next year's juicy goodies. The fabric has been up for almost 5 months in full sun and shows no signs of damage or wear so seems very durable. It was easy to cut with regular scissors and doesn't fray in the wind at all. It seems to work very well at protecting my plants without smothering them in shade. This was a reasonable cost to invest in my garden in my opinion.

Life saver!
I bought this because the intense heat this summer was ruining my veggies and stunting growth. This provides just the right amount of coverage. It allows the right amount of sun in (my plants are in full sun) and it also allows sufficient water through as well via sprinkler/rain/hose. Great quality. Highly recommend!

Works as advertised
I recently purchased a greenhouse and it was way too hot for my plants. Temperatures were reaching over 110°F on a 76°.F degree day. Last year we had a UV index of 12 here in New Mexico. Extremely hot and arid. So I removed some of the ceiling panels in my greenhouse and replaced it with this cloth. What a difference it made! The temps inside my greenhouse now match the weather outside. My plants are thriving once again. Someone left to review on this product comparing the heat inside an insulated oven, turning on the oven light and claiming the temperature won't change? I laughed simply because his analogy does not correlate with the sun and outside weather in a non-insulated situation. The concept is quite simple. If you're outside on a hot sunny day and you stand under a shaded tree, or anywhere in the shade for that matter, the temperature will be significantly cooler than standing in the hot sun with ultraviolet light. Comparing an oven light to the Sun is silly. The white reflects much of the Sun versus any other color so that's a big plus. This product seems to be working great so far and the plants inside my greenhouse Love this. Highly recommended for people that live in places with a higher than average UV index.

Coolaroo has always been reliable.
I've used different colors and shade thickness's of the Coolaroo brand and have never had an issues. I've had some shades that have lasted for years, through mild winters and blistering summers. They hold up well, don't mold or rot. They work great for additional screening for windows, or as some shade covering for gardens and such. This 50% lets filtered light in, but not too much. I have some of the 90% as well and that blocks a ton of light, but also your view, if using it for added window shading in the summer months.

Reduces glare
My spouse installed this in our greenhouse. What it did that I liked: it reduced the glare of the afternoon sun coming through the glass. What it did not do: it did not help lower the temperature at all. We installed film on the glass (also purchased from Amazon) that performed that function well. Bottom line: satisfied with purchase because it reduced the glare of the sun. I think the name of the product can be confusing, however, because without the film we installed there would be little or no reduction in temp.

Great resistant mesh
Easy to work with - resistant and flexible - will be used to build panels on a CATIO ENCLOSURE

It's not really cloth...
I thought this would be a thinner, looser material. I still love it!...so bright white...perfect for a sturdier structure than I have right now. I am keeping it. Just disappointed I can't use it now. It's the shade material. It would be perfect to block a side porch. Not so great over a light duty trellis. The edges are finished well too. Wish it was cheaper.

I purchased the netting to prevent snow on the steps outside as I did slip and fall on the snow. The netting prevented the most of the snow on the steps. I could easily sweep the little snow that was blown through the netting. Very satisfied.

Super quality and the length of the roll (which sometimes gets scrimped on) was generous. Substancial weight and just what I needed for the job.
