OpenSprinkler WiFi Smart Sprinkler Controller (3.0 AC-Powered, WiFi-only)

System worked for the first 3 months after installation. After lying dormant over the winter then restarting in spring, it would not connect to wifi randomly and would not run set program. I only knew it wasn’t working when the grass was bone dry, no other way to tell that the app wasn’t connecting (nothing wrong with my internet or wifi connection). I contacted customer service 3 times with no response. The app is horribly designed, not intuitive to use, and there’s nothing one can do if connection is lost. I am discarding this system and going back to a conventional controller on the garage wall. Save yourself the headache and lack of support, do not buy this system.

I’ve been using OpenSprinkler since v1 and now I just upgraded to OS3.0 and I am happy as always. Over the years many features have been added, app developed, support is great. I cannot complain. Thank you !!

Worked when first bought. Started losing connection to my WIFI intermittently now will not connect at all after 11 months.No support from seller.
