Bought this item 6 months ago, and found it easy to use, and comfortable, but I felt the lowest temperature setting at 37C degrees was all but useless, and I would certainly not consider keeping it in place for any longer than 10minutes ( as recommended by my optician) so I set it at 54 C degrees which was fine . I would question whether the temperature was accurate because it certainly didn’t feel “that hot” Ok here’s a change of opinion, initially I didn’t recommend this product, but I’ve had a change of heart because I took a different approach, initially I set the timer for 54 minutes, I go away and do what I need to do then once I’m ready for bed, switch it back to 10 minutes, then sit back and enjoy the experience. Make sure all the connections are firmly in place because that may be why I thought it wasn’t working before. So yes I will recommend it.

I bought this as I find heated eye masks help relieve my tension headaches. I have been using disposable self-heating ones but they are not cheap and I don't like using things that are 'one use only' and just end up in the bin! This mask is great. It heats up very quickly, and the top heat is wonderfully warm. It auto cuts out after whatever time you set, which is just as well as I guarantee you'll drop off to sleep while using it. It's soooo relaxing. It isn't the most easy-fitting eye mask I've worn but once you get it in the right position it's fine, and stays in place. I'm not sure why the power cable leads to the top of the mask, it seems a bit cumbersome, but it's not really a worry. I'm very happy with the purchase.

For the price i think that is product is exellent. I've used it about 4 times, has a heat setting and timer so you can have it on for 10 mins or 40. Its soft and comes in a travel bag. I paid £5 for a single use heat up eye mask so this for £12 is great. Less waste which is good. X

At first I was very pleased with this eyemask. It wasn't particularly luxurious feeling (especially the plastic parts), but for the price, I didn't mind. Easy to use (just plug it in, set the temperature and wait for it to heat up) and it came with a little velvet storage bag which was nice. I bought it as I was having excruciating cluster headaches and it worked well for applying heat to my forehead for pain relief. It was comfortable to wear at night, although the cable isn't long so you do need to have a place to plug it in right by the bed.Unfortunately, after only a few months, it stopped heating up at all even though all the lights still work and there is no sign of damage. Amazon have agreed to refund it but I am disappointed as I liked it whilst it worked and I would have kept using it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this because it seems (from the reviews), the heat function breaking is unfortunately common.

I’ve always been skeptical of these types of products, however my eyes have been incredibly dry recently due to hay fever. Last night I was desperate for some relief and a friend suggested a heated eye mask so I ordered this. After some research this seemed to be slightly cheaper than some of the others on offer, so I didn’t have high hopes for quality. The quality of the product exceeds expectations and comes with handy accessories. I use this with my anker powerbank, everything fits within the pouch provided.I wish I would’ve ordered one sooner

I bought this because my microwavable mask had lost it's heat retention after one too many blasts at 800w. It was great initially; simply plug and play with a consistent heat until the time is up.Fast forward 10 months later, and I've noticed that it just doesn't get as hot anymore. I usually go for 54c, and I measured it today; it's only hitting 41c. That's after 10 mins of it heating up, so I'm a bit disappointed and will see if there's a better version on Amazon.

This mask is good - the quality of the mask itself is really high and it is comfortable to wear. However, after about four weeks it simply stopped working and would not heat up at all.

Bought to help with my severe dry eye problem, doctor suggested warm eye compresses but they cooled so quickly they weren’t effective. Tried this and it does the job, I use it morning and night. It’s good for my eye problem but I love using it if I feel a headache coming on or just want to relax. Wouldn’t be without it
