KINGMAS 5 Feet AV Cable for Sony Handycam, Mini DV & DVD Camcorders

I had been in search of a working av cable for one of my older Sony handycams and I’m glad I was able to find one at a great price that actually works.

Works great... Sound and picture quality is great. Came on time. Good quality cord.

I had purchased a Sony DCR-HC62 Handycam years ago. I needed a Fire-wire connection to import my movies to a computer from the Handycam. When my computer went bad and I had to purchase a new one, it did not have a Fire-wire connection. So I had years of memories stored on mini DVs that I thought I would never be able to import to my computer again. Then I found out about game capture devices and purchased one. The only problem was you had to have the cable to go from the game capture devise to the Handycam. The cable is in the manual but did not come with the Handycam when purchased. This cable I purchased here works like a dream come true. With it and the game capture devise it is as good as the Fire-wire.

Transfers camera image to streaming Software on desktop. Image could be better, but what do you expect without using hdmi and capture cards. If you have an older camcorder and need your picture/video transferred to a computer or tv this will work. It also transfers the sound.

The S-Video plug won't fit, but the others do.

This worked great with my Sony DCR-IP5 MicroMV Handicam. I tested the A/V (yellow), S-video (black), and audio (white and red) and everything worked great.
