Don't Puchase the Preimum Activation Codes!
These License Keys are not usable on the NetGear Insight Web Site Portal. If you have three devices (switches or WiFi units) in your Insight Portal and have three device credits in hand from Amazon; then when you check out of the store you can ONLY add ONE device credit and still have to purchase two more from the portal. Effectively, making the other two device credits that you have in you hand worthless. In addition, NetGear has disavowed these License Keys being sold by Amazon. Why is Amazon selling these things on the Store? You can easily purchase the device credits directly on NetGear Portal direct which is what you HAVE TO DO! The Customer Support was ZERO on a scale from 1 to 10 on this topic and other related NetGear Insight issue. After two weeks I returned all of the Codes for a refund as it turns out you can only purchase Premium directly from the Netgear Store!

Create Netgear Insight, Add Activation Codes then Add devices
This review to add some info for those that buy the Premium Subscriptions. buying the 3pack with subscription amazon sends you 3 separate device activation code.You need to create the Netgear Insight account add the activation codes before you add the devices. other wise when you add the promo codes you can only do one code at a time. Please add codes before adding devices, you have to add one a time.

This is not what they say it is. They fool you into buying this with the product.
This is not an activation code they are making you buy, which I thought was sort of strange. Usually anytime you have to activate a software product, they include it with the purchase. The product was not software, but rather hardware. This was not an activation code, but rather a support payment to get help with the product. A service contract. They fool you into thinking you need this for your Netgear product and you dont. You can buy it when you buy the product if you want. I was so disappointed with Netgear for pulling this on me. Sad.

Does not work with insight portal
Bought two packs, none of the code works.All shows "Invalid Coupon"It would be much easier to buy from negear portal directly, appraently, Netgear is not allowing third party to sell their code anymore.
