Yes this really works! Had it for 6 months so far and it’s a game changer! 350 ft. Distance to start car. Make sure it’s factory issued Acura key engine start. My husband is a mechanic and he installed this unit and then we paid a extra $100 to have it sync’d at the dealership!

Yes, you'll need to call ahead and have a certified Acura technician install this accessory for you.

Q: Does this come with the actual receiver and remotes too? Or what’s all included?

This unit comes with everything you need to have this remote key unit to function. You still need to go to the dealership to get your key professional sync’d to your car to the remotes. They have some kind of device at the dealership that does that. It’s only $100.00 or so to do that after using the installation kit. I would recommend a mechanic put in this receiver in your car.
