Building was very difficult and time consuming but liked product overall

I really love that this one is shorter than the full size climber domes. I have children all under 9 years old and they all enjoy it, it’s very sturdy and well built

Great product but a PAIN to put together. Kids enjoy it very much tho

I don’t know where to start of how poorly made this product is . First of all it takes no where close for two adults 45 min to assemble, it took more like 3 and a half hours . The directions make no sense at all after the 3rd step and makes this impossible to assemble correctly . Was forced to take apart and throw it all in the trash. By far the most disappointing and frustrating purchase. I expect some one to reach out to me and issue a refund for my troubles.

Sturdy dome, but nearly impossible to build. Bars bend as you make the structure, making it very difficult to pull together at the top.

Instead of a colorful yellow-green-blue with a light canopy, a rather dark blue unit arrived with an equally depressing blue tarp. Assembly was definitely more difficult that it needed to be, and could have gone a lot smoother if the company offered temporary stabilizers / clips to hold the units in place. At this point it is not worth trying to ship the unit back due to size, weight and the hassle of dealing with it.

I ordered this exactly one year ago September 2019 I have two toddlers now aged three and four I’ve also had other kids to join and play bigger kids it has held up a complete year being outside in the backyard being subjected to wind rain extreme sun and everything elsetoday I noticed that one of the sections on the top was semi caved in the bar is not broken it’s been has very minimal rust For 75 bucks it did a great job last thing in the elements of the backyard

This item did have to be assembled. Directions were fairly clear but you do need to read completely thru before starting. Make sure to sort pieces and preopen screws, washers, and nuts. A second pair of hands is also necessary at times. The finished product is awesome and my grandkids are throughly enjoying their birthday presents. It is a nice size for younger children and fits nicely in a backyard. The kids were especially excited about the cover as it made a fort!
