Great Blood booster
Have used this for years.................well, until the soft gels came out and now take them but I have always been anemic and was advised to take B 12 and although I am still anemic, I do not bruise as much and have much less problems with my blood.

This is 1000 mcg, not 1000 mg!
Deceptive, incorrect description. 1000 micro-grams and 1000 mg are definitely not the same!
