I love this product. It feels perfect on your shoulders. You can use it other places on your body as well. I was fortunately enough to meet the developer of this product. I have had mine about 10 years and they are just great. Other types and brands cannot touch this product. I have tried. I have used my so much that I just bought this one for a replacement. I had bought my original one from the lady who developed them.

I would rather a bigger one but there wasn't a choice and it doesn't stay warm long enough though I would recommend it.

I just purchased the Kozy Collar to replace the one I have used daily for several years now. I basically wore it out. It has never developed an odor or musty smell. Highly recommend it!

By the product photo i thought it wod be the same size as the one i had purchased 4 years ago. The section that lays behind the neck is 5 inches wide
