Use it to make Laphing (Tibetan Dish)
Used to get this at the local Asian market. Since I moved apartments, I found it on Amazon and am happy with the product.

Versatile, but pricy compared to store-bought
I made so many meals for my family with this flour, my favorite being noodles. All you have to do for most recipes is add water and seasoning. The only usage problem I came across was the packaging...you have to be careful when handling the bag because one small touch and the flour comes puffing out of the bag. I wish they came in a different package such as a jar to be more practical but oh well. Moreover, I recently came across this same EXACT product at the grocery store, being only $5.50! And at the time I bought this product on Amazon, it was $13! I'm not exactly pleased with this. So overall, I find no problem with this product (besides the packaging), but I would recommend you visit your local Asian market to pick up this product for less than half the price listed on Amazon (not to mention the shipping price that may come along with this!).

Great product
I love finding obscure things on Amazon that you can’t quite find at an every day grocery store. I made “green bean jello” out of it. Exactly like what I get from the local Szechwan restaurant.

Not what I got before
The texture is not what I got before. I feel pretty disappointed.

Used for baking
I baked some light, fluffy muffins with this flour, substituting it for half the wheat flour in the recipe.
