Well made with more pocket options than I need. I bought the slightly smaller International carry-on version for a trip to Europe. Maybe it will help in the future, but on my 4 flights, no one enforced the carry on size restrictions. It rolls well and serves its purpose perfectly despite its relatively strong price. No big complaints so far.

I got this suitcase with the inline skate wheels for myself and then got this one with spinner wheels for my son. It’s the perfect suitcase, with the right-sized pockets in the best places. Makes limiting packing to a carry-on easy. Durable, beautiful. No complaints. Worth the money.

I am so happy with this luggage. I bought 3 pieces (25”, 21” International Carryon, and the tote)for 2 recent trips and I couldn’t be happier. The luggage is lightweight, rolls incredibly well in the airport and most low pile carpets. There is plenty of room and extra parts for packing special items and shirts. The zippers are heavy duty and glide easily. I looked at many reviews before I purchased and there were some folks who had issues with the zippers on the corners. I noticed that on the second time I closed the zipper it did “hang up” a little on the corner. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the track had rolled up a little and that is why it wouldn’t move smoothly. I rolled the track down and never had another issue with the piece. The 21” International carryon fit perfectly in the overhead bin as it is a bit smaller that the regular carryon.

This spinner has all the features I wanted and fits the airline specifications I needed. Its only drawback is its weight. I wish it were lighter. I need to pack light and over 7 lbs is just too much for a carry on when every lb counts.

I like the quality and flexibility of this bag.

I was so excited to receive this new bag, it looks great, it has lots of pockets and the clear toiletry bag for TSA, a separate pocket for laptop. I placed the bag behind my car and promptly forgot it and ran over it, dragging it under my car as I backed out of the driveway. Once I realized what I had done, I inspected the bag, and there were a few scrapes to the hard plastic wheel wells, but the wheels didn’t suffer any damage, and the dirt I picked up from under the car just makes me looks like a seasoned traveler- very durable!!

Updated: still standing after a very long international trip, useful bag but not great design wise.Bought this to replace my old samsonite 21.5 air canada carry on bag.This was one of the only soft side suitcases with Omni wheels that fit air Canada’s carry on size, and it looked high quality. After 3 other purchases that didn’t meet size requirements, I tried travelpro.PROS-listed specs are exact-seems to roll well-high quality materialsCONS-useless front pockets. One is 8 cm deep, not deep enough to hold a wallet, barely a phone. Other front large pocket goes all the way to the bottom but is so thin you can’t pack much besides papers there.-Included zip in insert cuts off 2/3 of available packing space in top, be sure to buy one of the additional zip ins if you want packing space in the inside top.-no useful inside seperation/storage-Vertical clasps doesn’t cover everything or secure most items in. Two horizontal straps to secure items (or one strap that has flaps to hold everything in), would have been much more useful.I will update the review after I see how well the luggage holds up on a trip, but as far as packing goes, this bag works but I don’t know if it’s worth the amount it is.
