So, wasn't too sure about grooming our dog - but considering the hassle of getting her to the groomers and all that and the cost and time and the CV restrictions etc. etc. and went ahead and purchased these. And glad I did!These clippers made it easy! Put on the length guard, turned them on, and took it right through that long fur - just like at the barber!The end result was fantastic - especially for a "first time out" - it turned out good!No divots, no bald spots, no bare tail. Well, maybe one or two "low spots" here and there while I initially got the "feel" of how to do it - - - but after that, it was smooth sailing.Our dog seemed to like it too and stood still with no leash or restraint.The clippers are very quiet - and no cord attached to get in the way.Our once shaggy golden-doodle now has a "summer cut" and seems to be enjoying it! Plus, it's a lot easier to remove burrs from her coat now that it's shorter. Lots of burrs this time of year around here, it was always a hassle to get them out of her fur. Now it's like boom, one comb through and they just slide right out without all the entanglement and such. Another reason to give this machine a thumbs up!And taking the venture to go ahead and give it a try! Took a few days after arriving before I got up the gumption to actually take it out of the box and read the instructions - then a few on-line videos - and then - "come here puppy" and voila! It was so easy!Yeah, if you're thinking of it and are on the edge, go ahead, give it a shot - you just might like it! And find out you have talents you didn't know you had!

These clippers did a very good job on my Golden retriever/Cocker. The first image is her in the bathroom with her ears all grown out and long and unclipped. The other images are her now with her new "big girl" haircut. The clippers are very quiet and her feet are extremely ticklish with the long fluff, but I was able to trim them up nicely without her getting upset. This is so helpful for a heavy eared dog, there will be less risk of ear infections and foot infections now for her with all that weight trimmed off. She looks and feels so much better. The clippers are lightweight but have a strong motor and the battery did not go dead even though I had it on for a long time. My dog was not used to clippers so I took it slowly. The combs stayed on the clippers securely and they were easy to switch, I didn't have to stop and fuss a lot over the adjustments. The clippers didn't snag her silky hairs, pull on the thicker tufts, or get overheated. I was able to maneuver them to get around her toes without pain to my wrists or getting a frustrated backache trying to work. The motor stayed quiet the whole time. The shipment came fast and the box is nice to store it in. Thank you!

THE GOOD: The clipper is much quieter than others I've heard and neither of my dogs was frightened by it. It seemed easy to use, and it was quite gratifying to see all this excess fur falling to the floor! Since this was my first attempt at grooming my labradoodle, I dk how much of the shaggy look is my "technique" vs. the clipper--after all, professional grooming clippers cost many times more. The cut does seem shaggier than a professional groomer, but is OK with me. I've clipped her several times without needing to recharge. I do advise looking at YouTube videos on how to groom if you, too, are a novice. If I learn more worth sharing, I'll update.THE BAD:The only reason I dropped a star from the overall rating is that the instructions are both scanty and terrible. They don't name the parts or tell you what they do. Like what is that movable black ring around the middle of the clipper?! More important, they don't tell you that you need to use oil before first use and then after each use thereafter. So I began using it without oiling it, and didn't learn about the oil until several clips later, thus risking that I may have damaged the clipper and shortened its life.

I needed clippers that could cut faux fur with excellent results that are budget friendly! None of the reviews i saw used these for faux fur, and i will use these for plush animals and fursuit making.I cant afford $200 clippers right now but i needed the cut quality of them! Thats where i landed on the Bonve Pet Clippers!They work beautifully! I am thrilled with how easy to manuever the clippers are and the versatility of cordless or corded. They are not loud compared to the more expensive counterparts i have heard. I work as a bather in a dog grooming salon so I've handled the high end clippers and these work just as well. They're lighter because the body is plastic which is great to not cause fatigue.The comb and scissors included are excellent and help tame the fur being cut into one direction for high quality results.The under blade is easily adjusted with a turn of the adjuster on the handle.Pros:☆Light weight!☆Cordless rechargeable from charging dock☆Can be plugged into the cord for corded use!☆Sharp scissors with a blunted tip making them safe for detailing the fur; the groomer i work for likes them so much she put them in one of her holsters!☆ Sharp even and smooth cut when going with the direction of fur!☆Cleans up easily after cuttingCons:°Might not survive a far drop on a hard floor, be mindful!° Blade isn't compatible with being sharpened. Whole blade would need replaced (not uncommon for clippers under $150)°Does not include a carrying pouch for the accessories so supply one yourself----‐All in all it is perfectly suited and offers great results! The fur looks great even brushed back, as visible in the photos you can see the longer side is uncut and shorter portion has been cut with the Bonve Pet Clippers

We have poodle dogs and it just doesn't make the 'cut'! Clogs up in a second, obviously not powerful enough.Not happy.

Si corta, pero tienes que andarle limpiándole cada rato para que corte bien, sino vas a batallarle mucho
