Good quality, good price
Used to be dedicated to Otterbox, but tired of paying the same price while the quality goes down. Purchased this case and holster after the last Otterbox broke, and that's just what it was... my LAST Otterbox! This case is equal for a fraction of the price. Rubber fits tight. Work in construction, phone gets banged and dropped all day long, this has passed the test, and will purchase again, if I can ever break this one!

The locking ring seams to be a little flimsee and might break from over usage. Otherwise it's great.

Great - but not if you want to charge wirelessly.
The case is very sturdy - it has protected my Note 8 from drops that would have shattered it. The round stand on the back is good. The design is good. I already had a wireless slanted charger so I assumed it would work with it. Nope, doesn't work. The only way I can get it to charge is to lay the phone horizontal and slowly slide it down the charger - doesn't always take on the first try. I'm used to sticking the phone on the charger and walking on. Other than that, the case and belt holder are great.

Take $5 off to be a "value".
Not the sturdiest. Clipping in is problematic due to multilayered design. Outer rubber layer wants to peel back. Expect cover over charging port to eventually break. Very little material between it and opening for S pen.

Silicone sleeve is loose fitted
The silicone part is slippy, but overall, does its job for its price. No cracked screens yet. However i dont need to remove it for wireless charging!!! As bulky as it is, it is designed well enough to do all the things note 8 does.

Outer shield loose! Phone feels loose in case!!
The case looks good but phone feels loose inside of the case. The outer bumper lining is loose and everytime you take it out of belt clip it comes off. I'm very disappointed was hoping it was a good case. if I was anyone I wouldnt get just my opinion!!

Great
I needed it for my sons phone. Now I don't care as much if he accidentally drops the phone with this case. It has good protection. It is bulky. But I don't use it. It's easy to put together and works well with a glass screen protector.

Just what I wanted
This case is a replacement for one that broke while on a trip. I fault no-one for the prior one for this one as it was subject of some harsh treatment while on the trip. I especially like the comfort while clipped to my belt and the ease that the phone cis released for one to use and the replacing back in the belt holder/clip.
