Walther PPS approved
This fits a Walther PPS perfectly and is quite comfortable. Isn't too bulky and fits the body nicely. It stays put when drawing your weapon as well.

This REALLY works well - excellent convenience and adjustability
Given the adjustability, convenience and price point this is an outstanding holster. I have used it for three months with a Springfield Armory XD-E in 9mm. Unlike another brand holster advertised as "sticky" -- This Sticky Holster really stays in place. The fit is excellent, it retains the pistol very nicely, provides a clean and quick draw. Depending on where you want to place the pistol, you might find it a little too close to the belt vertically, but it is so sticky that you can mount relatively high. More so with longer more full size pistols. To reholster after a draw, pop the holster from its position inside your waistband, reholster and then reinsert back into position. It is outstanding in concealment and can fit just about anywhere around the waist. I've not used any other holster so I can't do a comparison, although with the XD-E at the appendix position some of the other holsters might give you a bit more comfort area where the pistol meets the belly - but this holster is just fine, imposing a little discomfort if you bend over to touch your toes. I've also worn this holster from 190 lbs and a 37 inch waist to 176 pounds and a 34 inch waist - it's been just fine the whole time. Did I say infinitely adjustable? - A real plus as you move from walking to driving to jacket to vest to loose sweatshirt or other shirt. It also provides protection of the trigger and breaks up the outline in a jacket pocket. (Heavy jacket). Retention might be an issue if you are doing gymnastics or heavy athletic actions, but so far I've never had a problem in walking, running, driving or any other normal activity.

Excellent holster. Especially if your daily carry is a little on the heavier side
These sticky holsters are great. My daily is a little on the heavier side, so the lightweight holster helps a lot. Also can pocket carry with his and the draw is clean.

Best Holster Iโve Used โ Simple, Secure, and Affordable
Iโve tried all kinds of holsters over the years, but this Sticky Holster is by far the easiest and most versatile way to carry a compact. It fits both my 9mm and my .380 perfectly, and it's one of the least expensive options out thereโwithout sacrificing quality. What really sets it apart is how well it works in a sling bag or backpack. No clips, no bulkโjust a secure, reliable fit that stays put. If you carry, you need a good holster, and this one checks every box: comfort, concealment, and convenience. Highly recommended.

Stays In Place - Mostly
This Sticky Holster is very comfortable to wear. Before this, I was using a Kydex holster AIWB. After awhile, it would become uncomfortable due to the hard material digging in to my skin. The soft material of the Sicky Holster solves that problem. For the most part, it does a very good job of concealment and staying in place. It draws smoothly and stays in the waistband. The handgun is held firmly in place. The only issue I've had so far is when sitting or squatting. The grip tends to stick out away from the body (mostly because of my belly), causing a printing issue. It did inch up slightly when squatting, but not to the point I thought it would fall out of the waistband. I do not recommend this brand for pocket carry. The sticky material pulls the entire pocket out when trying to draw. It might work in the lower pocket of cargo shorts or any other pocket without a liner.

Simple, cheap, and versatile holster
It's hard to find anything that I don't like about this holster; it's by far the most comfortable holster I have owned, and I do have a box full. Its main selling point is that it can be stuck pretty much anywhere, and it's true. I like not having to wear a reinforced gunbelt all the time with this holster, moderate tension holds it securely in place. The MD-4 will securely hold a G43 or similar frame and will cover the trigger area completely. The craftsmanship feels solid enough that I am not initially concerned with the holster snagging any trigger safeties, one should still exercise caution when holstering and should follow instructions. The Sticky will serve as my day off holster and would be great for pocket carry in an outer garment now that the weather is getting cooler. Bottom line is that the Sticky is great for what it is; a simple, cheap, and versatile holster. As long as your expectations are reasonable you will not be dissappointed with this holster.

Holster I use most often
I bought this holster for pocket carry and for when my gun is in a drawer the triggers covered ,I anticipated rarely pocket carrying but if I did I figured I'd use this I usually carry with a iwb holster with click retention but now with temps getting warmer I'm usually in a tshirt and it's just easier to pocket carry and I dont have to worry about flashing a gun to snow birds at the market if I bend down to pick my daughter up so lately this has been my go to holster, the md4 on a glock 43 is a perfect fit and sticky material during a pocket draw hold holster in place so all you get out is your gun though on baggier shorts you do have to twist your wrist a little or it will all come out and on tighter shorts you will print but I live in arizona so that's really not an issue anyways if you want to pocket carry or want a good holster for your glove box or drawer get a sticky I know some iwb with one I tried that and it wasn't secure at all I'm a dad on the go and I'm always strapping kids in or changing a diaper and it just didn't work for me

This thing is COMFORTABLE! And conceals well!
If you're like most gun owners, you have guns you like, and you have a large pile of holsters for those guns - some you like, some you don't. A holster is a very personal accessory, and it needs to be both functional and comfortable. I've had this Sticky Holster in my wishlist for quite a while. But I figured, it's $30 I didn't need to spend for another hoster that end up laying in a box somewhere mostly unused. Well, I finally got around to buying it. And man, what a difference! First, comfort: Although I like the IWB concept (deeper concealment, mainly), IWB holsters are typically bulky and have at least one or two abrasive or sharp points. This doesn't. It pads the pistol very well, without adding significant bulk. Quite honestly, this surprised me. I sat around with my pistol holstered for several hours after getting it and hardly noticed it. This also goes to another point: the idea of having to have a second pants wardrobe that's a full size bigger is not appealing. I am wearing this holster under the wardrobe that I already own. (For comparison, I'm using it with my Glock G43, which is a relatively compact weapon. Other larger pistols may not be as compact.) Finally, being IWB, not being very bulky, and being able to position it anywhere around my waist under my belt, this method of carry printed far less than any other method I've been using. (See G43 disclaimer above.) The two disadvantages I see are relatively minor: 1. No retention. However, it's IWB, and you can "crank down" your belt to hold it in place. 2. In order to re-holster, Sticky recommends (rightly so) you remove the holster from your pants, reholster the pistol externally, then put the whole thing back in. Again, no big problem, I don't plan on unholstering in public unless absolutely necessary. Of course, being Prime, it arrived in the expected two days that we have all come to expect as the norm.
