This works like magic. Knowing that it is an herb and not a laxative makes me feel safe using it. This is the best product I have ever used. It cleanses you from the inside out. Never makes you feel sick, NEVER gives you a stomach ache. You always know what is happening. I highly recommend it.

I have to take some sort of herbal help every night to 'go' in the morning, as I am on meds that make it impossible otherwise. If you are a little "bound" up or can't move your bowels, get this stuff IMMEDIATELY. Other laxatives made me feel like I had battery acid burning through my guts - a terrible, sweating nightmare. This stuff is just as effective and super gentle. I use it in combination with senna. Works like a champ with no pain, fuss, or surprises. Great if you are feeling like your efforts in the loo are incomplete as well.

Can be overdone if not careful so start out at recommended levels. Worked for me to avoid being blocked up by pain medication after surgery. I did avoid opiates, but even OTC pain relievers can slow your system.
