TM-toner 4 color toner refill kit + chips for Ricoh Aficio SP C250SF, SP C250DN SPC250SF SPC250DN Printer

Worked perfectly but boy was it a pain to install. Plan at least an hour and do it outside on a nice NON WINDY day. Follow the instructions - take pictures of how your printer cartridge was before taking apart and as you take apart. Keep all pieces together. At first I put the printer cartridge back wrong and that added at least 20 to 30 minutes to the install time. Did I mention to make sure that you keep all of the pieces! However once everything is done and set up it is really worth it. You will save about $150 at doing it this way and I don’t think I will ever buy a brand new printer cartridge again! Once you do the first cartridge the rest are pretty straightforward.

Not too difficult to refill, and print quality remained the same. It has lasted about 4 months as a secondary printer in a business setting.

I purchased this refill kit quite a while ago to have on-hand for when I needed it. As cartridges would need refilled, I'd go through the process of doing so. It was pretty easy, and if you're careful, not too messy. But now something strange has happened. Even though each cartridge was filled and replaced at different times, 3 of the 4 suddenly all show that they are almost empty at the same time. Our primary print is black and white, so to have the 3 color (CMY) cartridges 'run out' is a bit odd. And, it wasn't a gradual drop. I know that there is still plenty of toner, so it appears that the replacement chips have all decided that it's time to order new ones. I'm not quite sure what to think of that.

I have been using this toner for a month or so with no problems at all. Following the directions on the YouTube video to fill the cartridges was spot on. Took maybe 30 minutes to replace all 3 colors.Honestly, after seeing how much old toner had to be dumped, I think you can probably get away with only replacing the chip until you see a problem with print quality, then replace the toner. I have seen folks selling chips only... So you may want to go that route first, in order to make the most if your money.Either way, I can't complain about how things worked for us. MUCH cheaper than cartridges.We are homeschoolers and print things a good bit. We also have to print tags and bulletins and things, so we need it to do a good job, and it has.

I have used this kit twice to refill the toner cartridges in my Ricoh C250SF printer. Both times with excellent results. The toner quality is compatible with the OEM product as far as color density and coverage.The refill process is a bit messy, so I highly recommend watching the available video on refilling the cartridges and make sure you have a small box handy to dump the toner in that remains in the cartridge before it can be refilled. You'll be surprised on how much toner is still inside! Having a vacuum cleaner at your side is also a real good idea. BTW...the gloves that are included are HUGE. You may want to use your own latex gloves for the job.Fill the cartridge, replace the chip and you're ready to print.

Let me preface this with the fact that I have only the black toner so far so I cannot comment on color quality or match; however, what I can say is that the black refill went smoothly and functions identically to a new oem cartridge. Take out a couple of screws, dump the remaining old toner, pour in the new and replace the cover and screws. It is a bit messy, but I laid a large sheet of white butcher paper on the counter before starting and rolled it up and threw it away at the end and that took care of the mess. So far I've printed close to 100 sheets since the refill and everything looks great.

Tried this using the supplied Youtube video, but it did not work with the starter cartridges as it stated in the question section. Now my magenta cartridge (the one I refilled with this kit) is making the ENTIRE paper dark pink, and no amount of cleaning or re-tightening can seem to solve the problem. Had to buy an all new cartridge, and now I feel cheated for having attempted this refill kit that said it would work (but didn't).

The toner is excellent and the chips were easily replaced, making this refill process easy. Gloves were also provided to help keep the toner off of hands. Cover your table or service area to avoid contamination with toner, that gets everywhere. This provides a large savings over purchasing even reconditioned toner cartridges, and especially new ones.
